We were very disappointed with Guardian Relocation Services- Indianapolis. The scheduling date of delivery was not granted, the reps were talking out both sides of their mouths, and no one knew what the other was doing, the loading crew fabricated the condition of multiple large pieces of new furniture, I assume to cover themselves because they were extremely careless with our belongings based on the way it was all arranged at delivery time. Even the unloading crew (a different crew and they were wonderful!) was horrified at the looks of it!
The moving blankets used to wrap our items were disgustingly filthy with dirt, lint, and dog hair (we don't have a dog). Many items were covered with grime, dirt, and smudgy fingerprints.
Several big items were damaged.
2 stars is being generous.....our belongings made it and we received our claim damage money. That is the only positive out of this experience. We will never use Atlas/Guardian Relocation again!

Guardian Relocation helped me move from Austin, Texas to Indianapolis, Indiana, and the entire process was stress-free and their staff was so friendly and helpful.
The virtual estimate was easy and my quote was much lower than I expected. My coordinator, Julie, watched my stuff during transit like a hawk — providing regular updates via email and phone. Even the moving crew was so friendly, communicative and FAST!
Highly recommend this company for your next move.

I had an awesome experience recently with Guardian Relocation Moving Company. John was excellent, as was Patrice, and the process to outline what we were moving was seamless. The teams showed up early, were helpful and professional, and worked quickly to get our items to our new homes. I've worked with other moving companies before and the experiences were disappointing and vastly different. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with a move!

I can't say enough about Guardian Relocation. We recently moved from Indiana to Kansas and the whole experience was flawless. John and Macy provided us moving boxes, plenty of information ahead of time to prepare for our move, and then ease with paperwork and payment. Our driver, Larry, was awesome. He picked up and inventoried our move in Indiana and drove it straight to Kansas to unload. He's so knowledgeable and made sure all of our belongings were taken care of and fit perfectly on the truck and in storage. He was reliable and was everywhere he said he would be. The lumpers that helped load and unload in Indiana and Kansas were great too! We know many people have moving nightmare stories, but we are so thankful to Guardian Relocation for a smooth, successful and easy out of state move!

Here is a very strong recommendation to use Guardian Relocation. They are a great company with great employees and they get the job done. We did a large sports event in Feb in the city and Guardian made it work at every venue with onetime deliveries and exceptional help. We would hire them again with 100% confidence.

Hired my first professional moving company a few weeks ago through Guardian and let me tell you it was a great experience all thanks to Brady! Trust me if you moving in or out of Indiana use guardian and ask for Brady. He and his team of mover were very professional taking the utmost care to be protect our items. He was prompt arriving just when he said he would and even delivered our item without delay. He turned a normally stressfully process in to breeze. Seriously, I could go on and one about the level of service Brady provided. Overall, when I move again I’ll be using guardian and asking for Brady!

Great organization to work with. Very responsive in providing estimate. Even reduced price when effort was not as much as anticipated. Took good care of items being moved as well as not damaging walls. Honest hard working team that gets the job done. Highly recommend.

We are in a sea of boxes but I wanted to reach out to you to tell you how totally, totally impressed we were with your team, their service, responsiveness, overall professional attitude demonstrated before and during our move.
We have moved five times throughout our married life so have some experience to use for comparison!
This “Relocation” with Guardian was by far the best experience we have ever had with professional movers.
Chris and his team far, far exceeded all of our expectations! In fact we want to extend additional praises to Freddy as he worked with my wife to insure her complete satisfaction in furniture location and made the whole experience very easy for her!

Guardian Relocation are hands down the best moving company in Indianapolis! I had the team of Shaun, DuWan and Chris to move me this year. I have called on them twice in the last 2 years and they have done an outstanding job both times! All furniture is wrapped with padding/blankets and taped up for easy transporting. They are professional, efficient and very friendly too. I even changed my mind a couple times about where I wanted some things, and they moved them again to exactly where I wanted them. Definitely an above and beyond company, highly recommended!
