Do not pay extra for the extended warranty harbor freight will no replace anything the cashiers say “ anything happens to it we replace it “. Is a lie I try to replace a compressor and a water pump I been denied both times after i paid extended they tell you to contact the product company and the company tells you is true harbor freight. SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EXTENDED WARRANTY

One of the guys there just didn't seem like he was enjoying himself too much. I asked If they had shovels an kinda responded like he didn't want to be asked questions. It's cool tho. Everyone haves bad days I guess.

The manager at this location has the worst customer service. Cashier makes a mistake and the customer pays for it. Tells me to call customer service about my problem. Customer service says it was the cashiers fault and she sorry but can’t help me since the transaction is finish. Thanks for lying and for nothing. Won’t be back after this experience.

This was one of the best stocked Harbor Frieghts that I have been to. Every inch was covered it seemed, but not in a crowded way. I didn't have to hunt shelves or ask if they had something in the back, it was just there. This may have been because this visit was 1 week before Black Friday, but I was impressed. The lady at the register seemed a little grumpy and unfriendly, but that just comes with the good old Harbor Freight personality.

Staff told my mom "this is not a hardware store" when she needed furnace filters. They need to adjust their description on Maps. Cardwell always has what we need, though.

Great place for inexpensive tools of all sorts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and check-out is almost always fast.

There were 6 people waiting behind me to check out. The employee checking me out would not take no for an answer on the warranty that was half the cost of the tool. He just kept talking at me despite me saying no multiple times. I’ve never had a single thing to complain about with regard to harbor freight stores but this was my first time in this location and I’m not going back.
