Hartz Mountain / FedEx requires an appointment and a pick-up number. The entrance is off Airtech Parkway, and you must use the rear entrance on the other side of the highway; the front gates do not open. Once you get the green light, walk to the shipping/receiving office by door 1 for paperwork. Staff at the guard shack and shipping department are polite, friendly, and awesome. It can be fast, and sometimes calling ahead allows for an earlier time than scheduled. Loading may occur before the appointment.

Very fast loading. Appt required, so have your pick-up number. Entrance off of Airtech Parkway. Once you get the green light, walk to shipping/receiving office by door 1 to pick up ppwk. Picture attached to show correct entrance. You can't enter any other way. 4 stars b/c no real directions for truck entrance.

In this place it is very fast to load your truck and they open from 6 am to 7 pm to load and to unload from 6 am to 6 pm

USE REAR ENTRANCE OTHER SIDE OF HIGHWAY on airtech rd . 2 Front black gates don't open . Came 11 am for 1 pm appt was show door 2 right away door 1 is S/R
