Very fast loading. Appt required, so have your pick-up number. Entrance off of Airtech Parkway. Once you get the green light, walk to shipping/receiving office by door 1 to pick up ppwk. Picture attached to show correct entrance. You can't enter any other way. 4 stars b/c no real directions for truck entrance.

In this place it is very fast to load your truck and they open from 6 am to 7 pm to load and to unload from 6 am to 6 pm

USE REAR ENTRANCE OTHER SIDE OF HIGHWAY on airtech rd . 2 Front black gates don't open . Came 11 am for 1 pm appt was show door 2 right away door 1 is S/R

I arrived at noon, and even though my appointment was at 1800, they gave me a dock immediately. The man at the guard shack was polite and friendly, and the shipping department lady is just AWESOME! I was in and out in an hour.PS: Sometimes it pays to call ahead to see if you can come in earlier than your scheduled appointment.

this is only my opinion scared before to check in in this facility all the reviews very bad I don't know maybe because of Christmas loaded 2 hours before appointment thank you happy holiday

Checking in takes almost an hour, getting loading after getting into a dock is a nightmare,Overall it’snt a favorite place for a trucker.

DO NOT.....I REPEAT, DO NOT COME EARLY, THEY WON'T LET YOU IN....Overnight parking in lot right before you get to to guard shack. Once you're in, process is pretty quick. Checked in, got a door and was loaded and out in about an 1 hr.

Appointments are strict so DO NOT show up late and early is a no go as well. Overnight parking is available here outside the gate or at the new building in front. Unload was pretty quick.
