I have friends that used them and had no problem for reimbursements google reviews and other reviews with a couple of hundred listed give them between 3 and 4 stars i'm giving them 4 because my mother fell sick and i came back home early like used only half what i paid for and they reimburse me on my credit card as credit what i did not use So pretty happy now AND NO I DON'T WORK FOR THEM!! Just a ordinary guy living here in Winnipeg Manitoba.”

The only time I have experienced frustration is with the phone tag between doctors office to the insurance company to change my family doctor. Besides that they were very helpful with all my medical issues so far when I have had emergencies and needed surgery. I am appreciative that they notify me of changes in writing as well as answering questions about the changes.
