An extreme disappointment once again. This company should just go out of business already. Only car available is an electric vehicle for a 1600 mile trip. Why have a reservation if you won't even have the car?Zero customer service, zero customer support, zero cars. Hopefully this time they won't attempt to charge my card for their screw up like last time.Stay away from Hertz. You will only be disappointed and have to delay your day and/or trip.

This place is the worst!! DONT BOOK HERE!!Booked a rental car for pick up Saturday morning @ 9am. I arrived at 9 sharp. The doors were locked and no employee in sight. It wasn’t till 9:24 an employee finally showed up. Due to this I knew I was going to be pushing it to get to my destination on time.Once inside the guy rudely told me there is NO car for me. He stated that all the cars were spoken for and I was out of luck! While the parking lot was packed full of cars. I let him know my trip has been planned for weeks and this situation was going to ruin my plans. He looked at me and said “nothing I can do about it” then turned and looked at the next person in line and said “next”.Rude!!Unreliable!!Horrible customer service/support!!Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost!! THEY SUCK!!Oh one more thing. When they don’t have a car for you. You have to spend 20 mins on the phone with customer service to cancel or they still charge your card!! I wish I could give negative stars!! They don’t even deserve the one star it made me give!!

Booked rental the day before only to arrive in the morning to "no cars available" huge inconvenience since the reason I was renting was due to work. I was delayed over an hour because of this. Big mistake booking here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

I Have a unauthorized charge from this location. I keep calling and get no answers! Who is in charge of this place? There were no cars at the time of pickup and I need refunded because I'm not at fault

I rent a car from you in the Lyft driver program and the car was towed in my apartment for permit parking and I’m ready to pay to have it but you guys don’t want to prove me a update agreement I paid for to get the car ? I’m keep charging by the towing company and you every day for nothing. That’s make any sense to pay for a service and my local branch doesn’t want to give me a receipt to prove I’m still renting the car ?

Horrible had me drive 30mins just to tell me they don’t have a car available after I made reservations then acted like they couldn’t assist me or direct ms with there other locations…. Do not recommend this location

Staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on and organization was lacking. We had pre-reserved everything on our rental online and it still took over an hour in store to pick up the car.

The survive here is trash the guy that is working don't know his name cause he never gave it was rude as all get out. We did NOT get what we ordered and instead Of trying to make it right he gave us something that I TOTALLY DIDN'T WANT. IF I wasn't already behind and hadn't already payed I would totally went else where. I RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

Atrocious approach to business. I arrived to find that the Internet was apparently down due to which they could rent out cars. This is for a reservation placed online via a Gold Account so they don't even need to process any payment in-store.I insisted on staying to see if the Internet would be back up but the manager said they were closing it down since the internet would be down for the night. Half an hour later, I went past to see that the place was still operational and the Internet was actually back up (their phone and Internet are linked and their phone was ringing now). Only now, they wouldn't answer the call.Unacceptable considering I travelled from a neighboring town to pickup a car. Wasted my time, money and efforts.

I booked a car online through a managers special. Arrived to find out that only electric cars were available. I needed to get to a funeral so I took the electric car. Big mistake. It had all types of issues the biggest being not staying charged. I missed my grandmother’s funeral and experienced the drive from hell in this electric car. The staff did not care or was even there when I returned a switched replacement car. Never will I book with Hertz or this location specifically again. As a disabled Vet this has definitely been the worse rental car experience I’ve ever had in my life. Do better Hertz!

I rented a car through Travelocity. I rented the Managers special. Once there only an electric car was available. This doesn't work for me due to my house. Had to upgrade due to the car being a must. Ordered through Travelocity a second time and the same thing occurred. Electric cars are never mentioned in the options. This may be a Travelocity issue, but does appear to be a "bait and switch" issue.
