Lovely hotel. I would encourage they rotate washing of pillows, not just cases. I do plan on another visit any time I'min area for my work.

0/5 if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE!! They have bed bugs!! We are hilton honors members and just stayed there for a competition last weekend. Never think to check hiltons but here we are having to treat our house now???

I stayed here for 3 days. It was a solo getaway. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with plenty of seating & a fireplace. There is a coffee station in lobby for coffee & tea that was served all day. The employees are friendly & the hotel is very clean. My room was nice with a seating area and a coffee area with a microwave. The room was nice & clean & my bed was very comfortable. They clean the rooms on & odd/even day; so just ask for towels. There is also plenty of parking & nearby restaurant & shopping. The hotel is safe with key room only entrance. I would stay again

First floor by elevator. Loud banging exterior door.. needs replacement. Baseball teams guests lots of elevator traffic in usual quiet hours. Don't rent this room to guests in those circumstances.

I'm not really one to post too much publicly but this hotel has really left me no choice, I have been on the phone with them a couple times and waiting to hear back from management but never do. My wife and sister recently visited Indianapolis from Wisconsin, I am a Hilton honors member and have had very good stays in the past, but this last one with my wife and sister traveling there alone, things were not taken care of very good. I booked two nights stay three weeks before the arrival and I got a call the morning they were going to arrive from Sarah, the manager there saying that they had some issues with the water and needed to relocate my wife and sister. We thought, oh well life happens so as long as it is taken care of, not a huge deal but as things progressed it just kept getting worse. My wife and sister were relocated to Holiday inn in Noblesville, which was another 20 minutes for them (our kids were at Indiana Bible College) once they got there, they learned that their room was a single bed and there was no more rooms available (I originally booked 2 queen beds at Hilton) Then Hilton only booked the room (single bed) for one night, which my wife happened to notice a receipt under their door the next morning and if she wouldn't have called the front desk to verify they would have got back that night and not had a place to stay. They then called back to Hilton which informed them that they had a room they could stay there so my sister and wife moved hotels again but no breaks on the already overpriced rooms and no additional points given to me. And besides that nobody is willing to call me back and hear out my grievances. It seems like everybody is just like oh well too bad. I'm really sorry this happened but let's charge you full price and give you no extra points and just move your wife and sister around and we'll just move on! The whole experience for them was a fiasco that moved to just plain stupid and it doesn't seem like anybody at Hilton really cares that much, which is kind of out of the norm but nevertheless, like I said, I could not get anybody to call me back so that is why I'm leaving this review!

We selected this property because it was advertised to have a complimentary breakfast, and from the pictures online it has a hot tub next to the pool. The hot tub is not there anymore, and they have breakfast "Available" for a price. If you are going to charge for the breakfast that is "Available" it should be much more clear. We paid extra for this property because of those two items, that were not there. I have not had these problems at a Marriot Property.Rooms: The rooms were very clean, as was the property.Food & drinks: Breakfast in not included with all reservations.

I screwed up when booking online but Elizabeth, Sara and Christine went way above to help us. (I really hope I got their names correct) They were so kind and helpful.Probably the nicest people I've dealt with at a Hilton. They made us want to stay there again. Thank you ❤Rooms: Very clean rooms
