Visited this store today and inquired with the sales associate about the availability of turtlenecks. He appeared annoyed by my question and dismissively responded, "NO, IT'S OUT OF SEASON." I acknowledged his response but decided to look for myself. To my surprise, I discovered several turtlenecks. When I approached him to request a dressing room, holding a selection of turtlenecks, he merely glanced at them and then turned away.There was no acknowledgment or apology. I understand that working in a mall can be challenging, but it is a responsibility he chose to undertake. If he is unable to provide good customer service, it may be worth considering a different career path. Additionally, wearing AirPods might contribute to his lack of engagement and perceived rudeness.

Manager Shawn was great at checkout. I was in there shopping to attend a funeral so I wasn't in the best mood but Shawn made my night. He was super patient with me at checkout. That was one of the best experience at H&M. Thank you Shawn

The store was a mess! Clothes everywhere..the young worker was cussing and being loud and obnoxious. Very yuky experience. Do better!

I did a quick shopping for my trip. Good experience, plenty of fitting rooms, although dirty. Everything was clearly labelled, so I could quickly make a decision. Some items on sale but not so good.

Made a return in this store on Aug 20th. The associate that helped me didn't process one of my items. I didn't realize until I drove back home, 30 mins away, that he had the item but didn't process the refund for it. I call the store thinking it should be an easy fix. The girl that answered the phone was beyond rude and unhelpful. She refused to walk up to the counter to confirm the item was there and refused to help me at all. She demanded I drive all the way back there to address the situation. Are you kidding me? She told me that was the only solution! I told her multiple times that I wasn't driving all the way back there for a mistake they made, all for a $12 shirt! She finally asked for my name and number and hung up on me. Of course I haven't heard from her and of course she won't call me back. I instead called corporate and filed a formal complaint. They instantly refunded me my money and gave me a coupon towards my next purchase. The associate I had to deal with at the store level, should be fired. I know good help is hard to find these days but having people like this working in a store, will kill your business real fast. Like some of the other reviewers, I will never be back to this location.

We shop often at H&M, and today my mother and I took my daughters back to school shopping. As we were looking at items, an associate with curly hair and glasses YELLED at my daughter who is 4. I understand that retail is stressful, and kids can be destructive but my daughter was truly being very gentle, and had her grandma right there watching her. She could have said, "Hey please don't touch that!" But to YELL "Don't touch that!" To a little girl being very gentle is unacceptable. We always get compliments on how well behaved my kids are in stores, but apparently she was having a bad morning. I will shop at places where my daughters and myself are treated with the same respect we ALWAYS give to the store associates.

I went back to school shopping with my adult daughter and 2 granddaughters at the Castleton H&M. My granddaughter looked at the mannequin and said, "Mommy, Daddy"! The sales associate that had glasses and curly hair yelled at my granddaughter, "Don't touch that!" I said, "Got it!" I could understand if they were running wild, but they weren't and my daughter and I were both right there. I believe I saw, at one time, a sign to "be kind", she certainly was not. We won't be back. Maybe that's why there wasn't anyone else in the store either.

Today we experienced Very rude and un friendly staff at Castleton H & M .If understaffed then you should close the changing room or put a notice requesting customers to fold back their trialed to hang back the trialed dresses. As there is nothing to provide zero rating, I am forced to give this 1 rating to submit this review
