They wouldn't return some jewelry chains I bought because they were shorter in length than I originally bought. It was shorter because I tried to use the chain and it kept snapping so I threw it away. Some women spent 20 minutes measuring the length. And even after explaining that the product was bad she still wouldn't return the TERRIBLE PRODUCT. #micheals

The store is always clean when we shop. The staff keep things stocked well and cleaned up. They always have different deals going on and the staff is always friendly. It’s a store I’ve shopped at for years and will continue to shop there.
