I had a disappointing experience in the perfume section during my recent visit. The older lady working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She seemed upset when we tried to sample the perfumes, which is the whole purpose of that area. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which completely ruined the shopping experience. Customer service should be about making people feel valued, not discouraged from exploring products. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

2hour long lines to the register and it’s a regular Monday, not a holiday or anything crazy. Not worth it. Exhausting experience. The worst location. Go to a different store to actually enjoy to spend your money

The TJ Maxx in Noblesville is amazing! I am making Christmas baskets this year and I found so many unique spices and beautiful candles. Totally recommend!

Seems to always be busy and unable to shop. Recently walked in and line was wrapped around 40 people long. Why shop when you'll stand in a long line to pay. Not sure what continually causes this situation at this location, but when at other locations around Indy its not the same.

As so many other have said. This store needs major help. The line is absolutely stupid and the lack of open registers are just absurd. Waiting in line like it’s damn Disney world or something. Never again.
