We need a way for NEGATIVE STARS JS. I had my equipment picked up MONTHS AGO. They have confirmed they've received MULTIPLE times by UPS tracking and "will fix it in the system" so WHY am I getting billed AND called CONSTANTLY?!!? Final notices every time too!!!! Before I type more DON'T BOTHER WITH A CONTACT 'ME BY EMAIL RESPONSE SO YOU CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM'. I'VE DONE ENOUGH WORK TO FIX IT!!!! If you want to contact them all you get IS CALLING A CALL CENTER in Lakeland, FL so I'm not trusting I'll talk to someone that knows what they're doing!!!! Do I need to drive there and get a receipt or something (not happening)?!!? What the heck is wrong with you guys?!!? Over and over again the same run around!!!! Let me speak for obviously the BACK ROW that I CAN PROVE and MOST importantly YOU CAN (and HAVE) PROVE IT YOURSELVES that again I sent it and if we end up in court I'll have my UPS receipt in hand you've guys verified 7 times now (let's try for 10 more)!!!! You do nothing and so does Tara in your billing office too since she's the last rep I talked to before today. They are actually are the ONLY ones I got to talk to in Indy. I say that because 2 of 7 calls actually connected to you that they transferred out of the Florida call center. Now I heard today that 'if someone shows up at my door just tell them it's taken care of'. SERIOUSLY?!!! NO ONE should be coming to my house after your rep Taisha (spelling may be incorrect) is 'taking out of a system you're having trouble with'!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS and THEY BETTER NOT SHOW UP HERE!!!! I sent it BACK!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! You obviously don't realize you have SICK PEOPLE you're hounding!!! AVOID THIS PLACE if you can. Get an auth for a different place. You and your Dr can hopefully get oxygen from a different company. All the other reviews everyone almost in the same situations I have had. I myself have told my own Dr to use someone else too for services. He was NOT happy about the stress you're adding to my heart, etc I'm supposed to AVOID!!!! THANKS FOR THE STRESS THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS!!!! YOU BETTER STOP AND DO NOT SEND SOMEONE TO MY DOOR!!!! I refuse to email you about my concerns. ESPECIALLY when I call there AND NOTHING is done anyways. See y'all in court I guess!!!! Oh and not sorry about THE CAPITAL LETTERS. YALL DON'T understand the other reviews not using them.

Should have read the reviews. Very unsatisfactory experience doing a medicare prescription. Long wait times on the phone and seemed to be changing requirements. Ending up canceling after 5 days and purchased equipment out of pocket.Wish I could rate lower.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. If you want a place that communicates effectively, gets you the right equipment, fixes problems, and cares about you instead of your wallet, find another business.

The professional staff are great at the office. Knowledgeable and helpful. The billing from Rotech is absolutely awful. Every month I have to call for incorrect billing! The staff is obviously NOT primarily English speaking and are NO HELP at all. They have only “scripted” replies and you simply CANNOT speak to a supervisor or anyone who can truly help!I cannot wait until my rental period is over with them so I can find another place to buy CPAP supplies. I would definitely NOT encourage anyone to use them based on their frustrating and inaccurate billing department…Rotech.

I've never had a worse experience with a business. I went to my sleep specialist in November. NOVEMBER. It is now almost February. When I called at the beginning of January I was told that they had no record of me so nothing had been worked on. Now, THREE WEEKS LATER, still nothing has been sent. My CPAP machine has had a warning that the motor has been exceeded since October. I guess that's not enough to get these people to do their jobs, though. I'll be calling my sleep specialist to let them know how my experience with Hooks has been.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! TERRIBLE EQUIPMENT!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION! I have had my RESVENT IBREEZE FOR less than TWO YEARS and it’s not working. Called them and they said that even though you paid it off early $3000, that I was out of warranty and there’s nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. This is our health and well being they are messing with and they do not care about you!!! Even when insurance paid for something they would tell me I still have a balance. PLEASE LISTEN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Can’t wait to schedule an appointment with my physician in fishers and tell them to never send me or any other of their patients to this company ever again!!!!

While the professionals in the office were knowledgeable and helpful, the billing is atrocious! The billing is handled through Rotech.com. Every single month, I call customer service to try and get it straightened out. The center is obviously not in the US and the folks working there have standard scripts that they us to answer concerns. it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a supervisor or someone who might be able to help sort it out. if you look at all the poor reviews they have, you'll see that their answer is always for US to email customer service. Yep, I tried that to no avail! I cannot wait until my rental contract for my CPAP is over, so I can begin to purchase my supplies from another vendor.

I have already done a review for google and they replied to my post. Their ideal of customer service is to tell me to email them directly. So I did just that. told them about being overcharged for equipment and then receiving the wrong accessories and getting billed for them. I have had an ibreeze resvent for less than 2 years and now it doesn't work. Their customer care line said they are not a repair shop and I was out of warranty . They also have an F rating with the BBB. They told me to email them so I did. Took them less than 30 minutes to respond with a sorry and email us please. Here we are a day later and no calls and no response. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH NOR WELL BEING!!!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION!!! 1 day later Check out their response down below. I already said in the 1st review that I emailed their customer care. They responded with how concerned they are and to email customer care for an investigation. So they either didn't care enough to read my review or they just have a script they go by which is my guess. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING!!!!

DO NOT USE PROVIDER FOR DME. INSURANCE BILLED HIGHT PRICE FOR HIRRIBKE QUALITY. The wheels fell off rollator walker in less than 2 years. They won't repair or replace.

This is absolutely the worst...been fighting for 2 months and everytime I look to see if my order has been placed they give me some other excuse and thing to chase down...up date doctors appointment.... pay some amount of money for what ever excuse they come up with....get some other paper work from your doctor.... I've heard that one like 3 times ..... now it's come sign some papers and bring in your machine so we can get some numbers off of it....I got the machine from them they have it on records....mean wile I have a dot physical coming up....just ridiculous....they could of gave me this check list of thing to get from the get go....instead of one At a time to chase things down and waist my time.....absolutely ridiculous.....A little update it's been 2 whole months now dealing with this....my d.o.t. physical is sat.... and still haven't gotten my supplies...and im pretty sure this is going to knock me out of compliance.... see below that the owner want me to reach out .. so I did.sent an email and have yet to have a response...

Run around with trying to get equipment delivered for over a month they finally gave me a date I waited all day no delivery no phone call NOTHING makes me wonder if there scamming insurance company

Dave (technician) couldn't have been more helpful!!He carefully explained all of the equipment and how it works.Gave me all the names and numbers of people at his company.I'm very grateful.
