The staff here is incredibly rude & hostile. I have never felt more unwelcomed in a store before. I feel embarrassed and ashamed that I even went in. I have never experienced a more negative experience at a store like this before.

I feel uncomfortable walking in there. Their staff has accused me of things that I haven’t done.
Update: found out the girl knew who I was and was going to “tell me off” super inappropriate, and a threat?! Excuse me?!

Okay so I don't normally leave reviews but oh my God ! I went In there the other day with my fiance who loves to shop there . We were minding our own business shopping and we realizing we're being followed . Not only are we being followed but the girl who's following us is LITTERALLY staring at us with a disgusted look on her face the entire time . She was shorter, had medium length black hair with banks and had a pink sweater on . It was the most disgusting display of customer service I've ever seen . And as if that wasn't enough she goes and gets her other coworker . It was another shorter girl with black hair and micro bangs . This girl then starts following me and my fiance around the store. Of course we left because whats wrong with those people . No one should be stalked through a clothing store by the employees ? And those two girls should be ashamed of themselves . Especially the one who started it and then PROCEEDED TO INCLUDE HER COWORKER . For two grown woman they certainly act like children and need to grow up . I've never been so uncomfortable in my life

Always love this place for teens. I enjoy being able to find grown-up childlike stuff for myself such as Supernatural, Winnie the Pooh, Care bears or strawberry shortcake

Dark pop culture store, way lax then is was in past. As far as goth and edgy. Still a great place to buy your standard emo, goth and Fandom stuff.
