Used this location for a small delivery catering order. Fantastic service, communication, and efficiency! Start to finish, employees were kind and helpful. Delivery arrived early and called when they arrived. Food came hot and as ordered. Hotbox supplied extra plates and napkins, which was fantastic to have on hand. Will absolutely use again!

my boyfriend and i ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza, breadsticks witch cheese and ranch dipping sauces, the cookie, and brownie for dessert. i enjoy their sausage pizza because the sausage is really thinly chopped! it's my favorite. we love the different themed cups that they have available! the food was delicious and was ready within 25 minutes. the employees on the phone were patient and nice as well. the restaurant is small but has a few tables available to sit at and wait for your order to be ready or dine in if you choose. one of my favorite aspects is being able to get my own refill at the refill station!

Always fast and always hot. I love their thin crust and the bread sticks. We use the Southport location a couple times a month because they are so good and quick. Thank you.

All of the young men working this evening were so wonderful! They all went above and beyond!! I dined in with my granddaughters and my daughter and son in law. We had the best customer service!!! Such a super group of young men!! Thanks for the great experience! We'll be back!!!

Bunch of what appeared to be teenagers behind the counter sitting on all the kitchen benches and surfaces. Ordering was clunky. We said we wanted pick up at 530 (an hour later than the call) and he said it would be ready at 615. We asked why and he said because they were starting at 530. We said no we want it done at 530. Picked up and it was pretty cold. It had clearly sat for a while. Love hotbox normally but won't be back to this location.
