I am reviewing this because you guys went above and beyond on disrespecting my mother in-law. You guys just put the icing on the cake for disrespect. My mother in-law has called several times to get help on getting her refund from LAST year. No one is any help to her. She calls and needs help and she gets rudely spoken to and then hung up on. It's bull that she cannot even speak to someone about getting her return since she filed through you guys. My mother in-law gets told one thing here and another thing by someone else. Never again will she use your company to file her taxes. Who ever is in charge needs to tell there employees to have better customer service skills. RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!!
