Cause I should have got more than what I got back and last yr taxes I didn't get my state and all she could tell me is because I owed a $1 dollar , seriously out of 3 different tax yrs I owed a $1 and they kept all the money

H&R block tax calculator said I was getting one amount back n ur employee rudely let it be known that the calculator was wrong n worthless n >was getting nowhere close back on refund that tax calculator stated been getting me n my daughter's taxes done the last 3 years at H&R block same location but honestly we won't be returning next tax season

Once they do your taxes they will not help you with ANY issues you may have! They avoid it at all costs. Someone kept ordering new cards in my name, they said it was not their problem... Do not use H&R block, they will not help you when an issue arises, in any fashion! Please take my advice, you do not want to go through what I am now. And my taxes were help are held still, AND they will not help me...
