Chonda green was rude definitely “Karen” energy from the beginning: while we we’re doing my taxes she was on FaceTime with a cop, even had the nerve to put me on her FaceTime with him. I didn’t feel comfortable doing my taxes while she was on FaceTime with someone that had nothing to do with the taxes.

Chonda Green is awesome! I hadn't filed taxes in 5 years and she helped me get it all sorted. I wound up getting close to $2k refunded after paying H&R block. And they took most of the money out of the refund so I didn't have to pay much up front. Highly recommend.

Not as expected. Scheduled an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes. Wasn't even asked questions that TurboTax asks for deductions and max refunds. Staff was polite, but the experience wasn't great nor worth it.

I had an appointment and made the mistake of going to the wrong location (my own oversight and mistake. But when I arrived at this location I was greeted by the super nice Beverly Harris. After we shared a laugh over my mistake she informed me she had a missed appointment anyway and was happy to fit me in. God bless this woman I couldn't have met any nicer of a lady. She invited me into her office and talked to me like I was her nephew. She could have taken the opportunity to take an early day off and she still blessed me with her time and for that I am truly grateful. Words can't describe how pleased I was yesterday. Made the yearly tax headache completely pain free. And then she chose to invite me to a quick prayer for my success. I love this woman. Ms Beverly I hope you see this and know I am grateful

Kelly Lott was great to work with and she was very knowledgeable. She quickly overcame any obstacles with the system and was confident in her abilities to find me the best refund.

We filed our taxes here tonight. Our tax expert Chonda Green was phenomenal! She was so polite, friendly, and helpful. Systems and computers were being crazy but she did not let it get in her way. She worked so hard to make sure she got our taxes and application for the emerald advanced done tonight! I can not give her enough credit.
