Agent no called, no showed for the appointment that was solicited, scheduled, & confirmed twice. When I called the company to reschedule, they hung up on me three times.

The professionals doing the taxes do not seem to be the problem - in fact, I have had wonderful experiences with Carol, and this year, Cindy did her best - what happened was not her fault. However, the management and operations was really disappointing this year. They were not honest up front on multiple occasions. They lost the original tax forms that I dropped off. They told me Carol would be doing my taxes but sent them to someone else, then were not up front about it. Then informed on April 16th that my taxes went into a pool and were sent out to whomever had time to do them. Sadly, I will not be returning or referring anyone again.

Im an out of state student, I filed my taxes with hnr block like every year so far. Everything was fine until they sent back the paperwor. They could not understand that I was a dependent on my parents form. I called multiple times a day for multiple days. Was told everytime that I would get a call back shortly. No call ever came. On the fourth day of calling I had to leave work early. When I got there, I sat for 30minutes before Anyone at all cam. Waited another 1.5 hours just to be told to go home and they would call me back. about 3 hours later I get that call and was told they wouldn't be amending it until next Tuesday...what a waste of time and gas. Id be surprised if I ever came back to a hnr. The lady was soft spoken and most of the time wouldnt make sense. Worst experience, ONLY AT THIS LOCATION TOO!! Get a hold of yourselves.

Tim is awesome! This is my 30th experience with H&R Block. I think it says something positive about Tim and H&R Block that I am still coming back and that I am still finding Tax preparers who beat expectations.

I went to Rajesh at h&r block in Nora to have what h&r block calls ' a second look'. Rajesh calculated taxes for 2021 and then compared them to the 2021 taxes that I filed to see if there was a discrepancy. This was a very nice service as it is free of charge. This was a very nice service and I really liked having my own monitor to see what was going on with my money. Anytime I had a question, Rajesh was very patient and explained it to me. Will consider going to h&r block to file my 2022 taxesSandra
