I filled my taxes in February and kept checking on them until April. They kept telling me they were being processed. Finally I reach someone in June and she said that they were holding them for a fee for the amount that I paid in February. She had me to come in and she charged me another fee. After filing with H & R Block I ended up with no money from filing two years of taxes..

Let us make an appointment for a notary, made us wait almost 20 min after our appointment time, guy gets there and informs us he’s not a public notary.If you don’t have a notary don’t let people make appointments and waste their time

I had a wonderful experience with having my taxes done by Marvin Williams; I sold & bought a home in 2019, had multiple W2s, and an issue with my 2018 taxes. I'm not 100% I will be using H&R staff to do my taxes, or I might just use your website, as 2020 will be much easier to do.
