Maybe it’s just my luck, but it seems like they almost never have a manager there. I’ve even made appointments with a manager and they were not there. At least five different times I’ve had to go to a different Huntington branch to do my banking due to varying reasons.

This location is the most unprofessional branch I've ever been to. Not only did I have to sit and wait over 5 minutes for someone to help me in the drive through, but the woman was laughing and talking to another employee while attempting to help with a money withdrawal. Another employee came on the camera and since she input a verification number in wrong she said, with a very lazy and rude demeanor, that she "couldn't help me". Then hung up! Both of these women truly should be fired for their incompetence and TERRIBLE customer service.

Worst bank, when it comes to service speed. You can't be any more slow. They are always understaffed, should never be an issue with a bank.

The staff are incredibly rude don't even greet you and just process your checks like a robot. When I told them so the plump middle aged clerk called me "Barbara" which is not my name. No apology. Just stone cold passive aggressiveness and dismissiveness. I'll never bank here again.

I have been banking at Huntington for several years now. I guess what got me started with them was the fact that you had 24hrs to fix a an overdraft issue. That's something I knew the other banks didn't offer. That rescued me more than a few times ( that's another story for later). What was nice is that the branch literally set just a minute from my house. Before online banking I could just buzz down there in sec. Going into the bank was pretty painless too. The tellers were all nice. Hi Mr. Minkey, "How are you today"? was the greeting I always got. I guess you could say it kind of made me feel at ease( we all know banking can be stressful). It's been years later and even though I don't go in as much as I used to the service is still on point. Banking shouldn't be painful. These folks have it down to a science.

Great staff and location - the bank is clean and super nice, and the banking products are excellent. I especially like the Huntington website and mobile app.

Manager “Daniel” is never in building to discuss the several grievances I’ve had in the short time I’ve had a business account. He also never returns calls. Worst bank Ive ever used.
