I don't trust their machine that counts their money. It is not the first time suddenly my math it is off by exactly $5.00. I prefer when they count it by hand. They didn't made the effort to count it by hand.

I went there to open a business account. The staff there said that i have to book appointment and refused to open the account.I called all branches in the area they said" you're welcome to come and no need for appointment" . i think the staff in that branch are incredibly lazy

I just want to say Cheryl did a wonderful job helping me and my 18 year old open his first bank account. I loved how she explained and showed him in detail how his new account will work. Also, talking to him about saving his money was a big plus for me. Cheryl you did a great job!!!! Huntington Bank is a great bank to bank with.

This bank may be fine, but don’t get a mortgage loan from them. It took two months and when my appraisal came back one comparable had a typo of $100k off. One comparable was in a flood zone. None of the comparable homes were updated like my home. I think the mortgage side is a scam.

ZERO STARS HERE They lied. They showed us a chart stating an interest rate but when the paperwork for new account showed up....it was less. It turns out EVERYTHING the person told us was WRONG. They require 2 accounts to pay their higher interest. We were not told this and opened one account. The actual interest was far less than stated. Bait and switch is illegal. Of course the bank is claiming this was merely a problem because this one employee did not update his book. They claimed the information this bank employee was using was 15 days OUT OF DATE. Two days after this happened, the bank employee called to say he still looking into the interest rate. This was a lie. He had talked to his manager and been told he was using an outdated chart. Oh and the free checks we were told came with it? Apparently that is just a few starter checks. So no, NOT "free checks". The manager did not honor the rate the employee had rate shown to us. We removed the money. Not the end of the story it seems. We received letters stating the 2 closed account had overdrafts and they were charging us a $23 fee. What? Next another letter saying the new account which we closed due to ALL the incorrect information we had received, had ALSO generated an overdraft. A call to their 800 # told me, the manager had NOT closed this new account at all. Because it had not been put into "closed status", the interest our money had already generated had not posted. So the computer than decided, the manager had taken out more than was in our account and charged us another overdraft fee...and even more continuing late fees! The first late fee was apparently refunded, according to a letter written 4 days after telling us it was being charged. No explanation. BUT the solution to the next set of late fees and overdraft charges was for me to drive to a branch and GIVE THEM BACK our interest. As no one could waive the fees that were in error until the account was closed. BUT no one could close the account until the "negative balance" was removed. NO we were not about to give them back the interest our money had already earned! Finally person #3, claimed she talked to the manager at this branch and the manager will, within 4 days, actually close the account as she was supposed to have done several days ago....and send us a resolution letter. We are awaiting the letter. RUN FROM THIS BRANCH OF THIS BANK!

I have came here 3 times and each time I have had an issue with the staff. The seem incredibly lazy, they dont want to help you, they just want you out of the building. The staff needs to take some hospitality training. It really made me wish I didnt get a Huntington account.

I have been a patron of this Huntington Bank branch for over a year now and they have been great. No matter how busy they get, they always make you feel welcomed and that they are eager to help.

Location and staff
