ATMs break down all of the time and money is never available when you need it. The tellers are rude. I was talking through the speaker and the teller cut the mic off so that she didn't have to hear me ask why the ATMs never work. This was a nice branch but now it is horrible. I am looking for another bank because of them.

Terrible service. So many people standing around talking. The original person that was helping me was so busy just talking to other people, associates not customers, that a different associate ended up finalizing my transaction.

We popped in Friday to close out two existing accounts and open a new account but had to schedule an appointment due to the volume of customers previously on the calendar. We scheduled an appointment for today, Monday, with Maria Velazquez, Branch Manager, at the branch on Rockville Road just west of the 465 exit. Our appointment was for 1:00 p.m. and she was prompt calling us to her office. We explained what we wanted to accomplish during this visit and we began the process. Ms. Velazquez was knowledgeable, attentive, patient and thoroughly walked us through all the steps required. We went with the paperless forms to save paper and completed everything online or through the app. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service provided plus her bringing financial details to our attention. The process took over an hour but she was considerate of my husband's time away from his job. The experience went very smoothly and we appreciated her attention to details. Thank you!!

Damion the redheaded gentleman is always a very kind and smiling face who is always professional and helpful. In todays word of technology i often only stop in when i have an issue to resolve which can be a stressfull interaction. When i see he is available however however i know i will be well taken care of. I have never had a problem here at the rockville road location but he in particular stancxsout.
