I have been a Huntington bank customer for about five years, and this brach is the worst branch ever. I visited this branch two times last week to do one thing and was not able to get done what I wanted to do. They are rude and not willing to help. The banker Vicki is the worst banker I have ever met. Huntington Bank management should take action fixing what is happening with their customers there.

This branch has been horrible for a number of years. It’s difficult to even get in the door, literally, due to the stupid metal detector and the way the staff abuses it. The last time I tried to come here it was to deposit rolls of half dollars (obviously metal), but rather than let me in to talk to me, they kept the door locked and told me through the intercom that they wouldn’t take them because they “didn’t have room”. The one time before that that I did manage to get inside the staff was abrupt, rude, and generally unprofessional.I’ve visited three other branches in the area and the experience is the complete opposite, so I’m still complimentary of Huntington, just not this branch!

Yesterday I had an experience with a Huntington Bank 5605 W 71st St, Indianapolis. Like no other.They asked me to walk through a metal detector walking into their bank. I emptied my pockets and tried to walk forward but the red light stayed solid. The banker came on through the intercom and told me to take off anything metal.I told her the only metal thing I had on me was my insulin pump and she asked me to remove it. I told her I just wanted to deposit money and continued to ask me to remove my metal things.At that point I asked her to open the door and let me out of the bank. Please educate your staff better, medical devices can not be removed for metal detectors. I will never to business with branch again and will go out of my way to nicer more inclusive branches such as 2630 W. 86th street. Indianapolis.

???It's really poor customer service . Also when you go there you feel Customer service.There are s races. So far that's what I feel. Zero help sad faces also she don't like to speak.. I'm going to close my account with them???

Worst bank ever ...tried saying my second i.d. wasnt good enough..after yrs of service..highly recommend n9t using that branch..rude , discurtious, and abrupt. Disclosure as such..very unprofessional that branch only.......

I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION ON 10/16/20. THE BRANCH MANAGER INTENTIONALLY PUT MY BANK CARD, DRIVERS LICENSE AND BALANCE RECIEPT DOWN THE WRONG TUBE AND IF IT WASN'T FOR THAT CUSTOMER BEING HONEST WHO GAVE ME MY STUFF, A CUSTOMER COULD HAVE DROVE OFF WITH MY BANK CARD, DRIVERS LICENSE AND KNEW EXACTLY HOW MUCH MONEY I HAD IN MY ACCOUNTS BUT GOD DID NOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN BECAUSE GOD IS ON MY SIDE!!!! I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER DID THIS INTENTIONALLY BECAUSE I TOLD HIM WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION AND HE USED IT AS AMMUNITION TO PUT MY STUFF DOWN THE WRONG TUBE!!! ALSO, I COULDN'T HELP BUT TO FEEL THAT HE DID IT INTENTIONALLY BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCES!!! INTUITION IS ALWAYS SPOT ON!!! THE MANAGER DENIED THAT HE DID IT ON PURPOSE AT THE DRIVE THRU BUT HE AND I BOTH KNEW THAT HE DID!!! I WENT INSIDE THE BANK AND I BROKE DOWN AND CRIED. HE SAID THAT HE WAS SORRY AND GAVE ME A TISSUE AND HIS BUSINESS CARD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE # ON THE CARD. I KNEW DEEP DOWN THAT HE WAS NOT SORRY AND HE WAS STILL IN DENIAL!! I REPORTED HIM AND THIS INCIDENT IS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION!! I LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS INCIDENT!!!!!!! PLEASE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS PRIVATE AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU SHARE YOUR GOALS AND NEXT MOVE WITH!!!!! THERE ARE HATERS AND NAYSAYERS OUT THERE!!! I AM NORMALLY A VERY PRIVATE AND LOW KEY PERSON BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCES AND I KNOW EXACTLY HOW NAYSAYERS AND HATERS CAN BE!!! I WAS HAVING A BAD MORNING THAT DAY AND LITTLE DID I KNOW, I VENTED TO MY ENEMY!!! I WILL NEVER TRUST DOING ANY BANK TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM ESPECIALLY AT THE DRIVE THRU AND I AM GOING TO GO BACK TO BEING "PRIVATE AND LOW KEY" AND I DID NOT ALLOW THIS INCIDENT STOP ME FROM GOING AFTER MY DREAMS AND ACHIEVING MY GOALS!!! #LESSONLEARNED #LIFELESSONS #BLESSED

This location NEVER seems to have enough tellers! Every time I visit this location the wait time is ridiculous! The one or two tellers that they do have are nice and polite, however this branch needs to hire some help!

I've had issues with my direct deposit being rejected several times over the last few months. I went in to this branch to try to resolve. Not only couldn't they resolve the issue, the banker tried to sell me new accounts before I left. This leads me to reconsider whether I want to keep my accounts with Huntington Bank.

Poor customer experience, first thing in the morning. Waited for the bank to open to process a standard transaction and the only customer in the bank. Was told by another staff member: "We cannot process a wire transfer for another hour because the employee that can do it needs to help me first." Glad to see where busy customers rank. For not having to visit a branch often in this day and age you would think they would go above and beyond for their clients who visit. Last time I swing by a branch in the ghetto. I then drove to the Carmel, IN (Rangeline Rd) location to process the wire. They were attentive and wonderful to work with and was in and out in 15 minutes.
