ATM was down, needed to deposit cash into my account.Walked into the branch and was treated like a criminal have to go through a security scan. Stood around for 25 minutes waiting for a teller, just to get to the front of the line and she put a sign up saying she was busy. Waited for another ten minutes.Ultimately ended up leaving before even seeing a teller. FIX YOUR ATMS AND HIRE BETTER & MORE TELLERS.

Front desk customer service was nice. I had a appointment to open an account at 10am today. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was told to go sit and wait. Still waiting, after 15 minutes (Now 10:15), I ask the lady at the front to see how much longer it may be, and was told the woman would be with me shortly as she is finishing up with someone. I sit back down and it is now 1039 and still nothing. Morale of the story. They aren't on time when you schedule an appointment. Highly disappointed and irritated as this is my only off day and no respect for people's time.

Thursday at 2:00 in the afternoon, in the middle of the month.Should be fast, right?Way wrong.Waited in line at the outside teller for 35 minutes before the first car ahead of us even moved.Next car took 20 minutes.You could see that the people were just sitting there with no interaction with the tellers.Finally we are up.We wait fifteen minutes before being greeted.My wife and I both make deposits and ask for a printout of our last thirty days activity.We are told that they are busy with other people inside and that for a special request we will have to come inside.There were like three cars in the lot.The sound of the bank machine is scaring our autistic baby.She is losing it.She gets afraid of some engine sounds. We didn't know the bank machine would terrify her.But this should be quick.It's just a printout.You set the parameters for a 30 day period and hit print.We've all done it.We all know how it works.This should take like 5 minutes tops, right.The lady says come inside of we want the printout, that they can't do it in the drivethru.I reply that our daughter has been crying for thirty minutes and we waited an hour just to get our turn.The lady said "Okay, but we have other people inside that we're helping, so you'll have to wait.And we did, like complete freaking idiots, FOR 45 MINUTES!!! While trying to comfort our daughter and constantly thinking "I'm sure they're going to send it out any minute.There were people behind us.It was incredibly stressful.THE TELLERS KNEW THE BABY WAS IN HYSTERICS AND I EVEN TOLD THEM WHY!!And they still made us wait and didn't even apologize for it.We've been with Huntington respectively for more than twenty years and we love it.Both our adult children bank there as well.It's always been great at the other branches we've been to.But we tried the far East Washington Street branch and we will NEVER make that mistake again.As we were driving away my wife opened the paperwork.It wasn't even what we'd ask for.

If I hadn't been with this bank for over 15 years I'd be canceling my accounts tomorrow. Nothing like having money in your savings account and not having access to it. Because you didn't draw from it for over a year. What's the point of a savings account if I can't access it when I need it and have to wait on hold to have my account taken off of hold. Then to be told it'll be active again in 24 hours. I completely get now why people of the previous generations didn't trust banks.

I waited in the drive through for 15 mminutes because they had customers with transactions that were in line for an hour. Only one drive through line was open. Very inconvenient for others needing to do a withdrawal without an ATM card. Staff is nice however to hold up a line longer than 10 minutes is extensive. The customers should have been asked to enter the bank.

this is the last time i ever come to this bank. the atms are always down, and about a year ago the atm took my money but didn’t deposit it into my account and didn’t give me my money back. got handled, everything was fine, but it wasn’t the last time it would happen. i decided to try and deposit money today despite problems in the past, and once again it took my money, didn’t post it in my account, and didn’t give me my money back, and i almost didn’t get my card back. i get these things happen, but it happens way too often and i cannot handle the stress of losing money every time i try to use the atm. if you’re thinking about depositing money through the atm here, i strongly advise against it.

Asked the teller for a bank statement and she refused saying I was to young and I can’t look at my own joint bank account. Went down to the southside and they help me very quickly and it was the smile.

Super friendly staff! Sometimes the ATMs are down, but other than that, this bank is great!

Worse bank on the east side. Neither of the ATMS work when needed. Every time I come here I can never get my banking done. Atm is down and lobby is jammed with 1 teller.

Good luck getting an ATM to work. Most times they are out of service or do not take cash deposits.

I like this bank and have never had a problem with them. Staff was friendly, waits were manageable, and account has worked perfectly with great benefits.
