2 employees at IMCU “forgot” to send my friend his credit card. He waited almost 3 weeks. They lied to him, and they told him it would arrive within that timeframe. A 3rd employee finally sent it to him. It actually only took 6 days. He was going to use that card to take his girlfriend to Las Vegas to compete in a bikini contest. He took her anyway.

I own a construction company and deal in mostly cash because I simply just don’t trust banks. My credit score has taken a bit of a drop because I added some credit cards/debt. Make my payments 100% on time on everything, never missed one. They stopped me being able to put cash in the ATM because my credit score dropped. How does that make any sense to anyone? Raised it two stars because the lady I was speaking with was trying her best to be helpful and was able to get my stop on atm deposits lifted.

A very professional. Knowledgeable young lady named Michelle asisted me with my needs at the Stop 11 Branch. I am looking forward to banking with this new establishment. I deposited a check via mobile app over the weekend no issues! Called 2 days later to check if it was released they lady was very rude and disrespectful! She lied and told me my funds wouldn’t be available and that is it no explanation and when I wanted answers so became more hostile and mouthy! Mind you the gentleman who resolved it was also unprofessional and lied stating he couldn’t release my funds , which is bs, I have be banking here over 12 years! So finally he must have gotten tired of my logical reasoning and said forget it I’ll jus release the darn funds! IMCU is this except-able customer relations! I will never go to that branch again and will be in touch with A corporate employee! Totally baffled with the lack of dignity and integrity! Stop 11 branch

Been with IMCU for a minute, and I have never in my life seen a company with a RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL COLLECTIONS PERSON, by the name of Tamara Storm. If you get COVID-19, and an ear-infection, this company does not CARE. YOU COULD BE DYING, they do not care. Their unprofessional collections agent, Tamara acts like we are slaves to their business, instead of "actual" customers. I am 32-years old, been paying my own bills for a while, and never once seen someone so unprofessional, pushy and inconsiderate to her customers. You aren't even 30-days past due on a car payment, been paying on the car for a while, and "she" acts like we are months behind, enough to get the car REPOED. All I can say, I love the car I have, but this unprofessional business isn't worth it. I understand we need to do our jobs, but there's a fine line between being inconsiderate to customers, and being helpful. She should not be working for IMCU. I have not dealt with anyone else through this company, besides her on my BAD experience. CAPITAL ONE IS THE WAY TO GO. At least they treat their customers, like customers, and understand things happen, instead of a slave to IMCU. :( It's been a horrible experience because of one person.

The State of Indiana and the people who live here carry their negative spirits on their shoulders. Yesterday, was a Indiana Member Credit Union was a primary of like that. I just went into this location to open an saving account. They had me wait for 45 minutes for rep to help me. The customer rep who deals with opening accounts didn't speak to me. When I finally received help, the rep stated to me that you have to have an current address in the county. So I called Kathleen Mitchell, AVP Branch Operations, and she stated that wasn't true and if I worked in the same zoning as bank that I can open an account. But I don't think nothing was the problem, my skin color was.

I want to Thank the teller, Kristine, for providing such personable service when she remembered my fathers name when we were talking about all the rolled coins found in his room I was cleaning up after his passing. Her remembering my father as a very kind man touched my heart. Thank You Kristine!
