Went to the home show. It's always a great time. Plenty of room and nice facilities.

I love all the different vendors to shop.

The facility was very nice. Was there for the Indy Home Show. Be prepared if you ever go to the Home Show to be harassed by vendors the moment you walk in. You will not even get a chance to look without being constantly bothered by vendors. But, the facility was really nice.

It is disappointing how out of date the facilities are. Doors with no wheel chair accesibility/ push button access. Old smelly bathrooms. They charge like it is a nice facility....where does the money go? Maybe it goes to all of the employees sitting in vehicles during events like the home show, doing absolutely nothing for hours on end. Not sure what level of funding comes from tax payers is any. Poorly run, poorly supervised and sad overall facility.

Always awesome and a great time. I took loads of pix and a few videos. We saw Buddy Guy on free stage he was awesome. Thanks so much for the memories. This was the 1st time my fiancee got to go. He's from Texas so this was his 1st INDIANA State Fair. He loved it so much. We both can't wait to go next year already making plans.

Had a great time at the Indiana State Fair this year. I hope they have more food spots with better options. I went twice with my gf and honestly I seen that same food spots like 4-6x. But overall it comes once a year…Additional: please if you close the gates at 8pm have signs and postings online or some advertisement.

The fair is expensive but worth going at least once during by it's annual duration. The Cons: The bathrooms are very gross. It is near impossible to find places to eat if you have food allergies or sensitivities (they exist but it's impossible to navigate). The lines are long. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. It can get dicey at night. The food item of the year is always gross. They only have GOP political booths and not a single independent or liberal booth. They allow people to try and preach Christianity to you in the expo halls.Pros: they usually pick at least one band from my childhood for the free stage each year, so we always go and enjoy the show. We watched baby chicks being hatched and it was beautiful. If you do find food you want or can have, it's usually sooo good!

We LOVE the Indiana State Fair! We are a 4H family, so we are in it for the exhibits....and the food! We took a day off work to enjoy rides for the 1st time this year & sadly, I am still recovering from a concussion over 2 weeks later from a ride injury. The tilt o whirl of all rides! The bar slammed down into my head as I was getting off. Needless to say, we will stick to exhibits, animals & food going forward and stick with rides at amusement parks instead of any fairs. ?

I attended on a Wednesday and the $3 Thursday’s which is popular so it took us about 20-30 minutes just to enter. The food was great. I had the sirloin steak tips. The mac daddy was nothing to write home up and of course we had smoothie and ice cream from the dairy corner. The activities were fun. We attended the pig contest , watched the golden line dancers, Keith Sweat performance was great, xpogo, the. Back yard stage is a nice place to catch a drink while listening to music and the kids playing all manner of games just nearby. It was fun to participate in the scavenger hunt at some of the plants stands and winning seeds to plant next year. The DNR fishing for kids was a blast with my boys because they both caught fishes(of course they make really easy to). Overall great experience! I will be going back to the Tobymac concert

It was awesome. I haven't been to the state fair since the 90's it was really cool. The food was a bit expensive but definitely delicious and My children had a blast! we were only there for one day so we did not get the chance to see and do everything that we wanted. definitely take a decent amount of money if you plan on being there all day/multiple days.

It's always a good time visiting the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The various concerts on the free stage, activities, and food make each visit much fun. My favorite food is the ribbon French Fries, but you can't miss getting chocolate milk at the Dairy Barn.

I spent the day volunteering for the American Red Cross at the Indiana State Fair. My first opportunity to see the new Falls Creek Pavillion. It's beautiful and maintains the facade of the original Swine Barn. Today was $3 Thursday, so lots of things to try from the food vendors.

The fair was fun and family oriented. There are a variety of food choices available, but not many are inclusive of specialty diets. The rides are generally for children and teens. There are a few that might thrill an adult. The environment felt safe. There are plenty of exhibits and live shows to attend. Bring your walking shoes!
