The service at the Indy Downtown Marriott is amongst the best I’ve seen. Derek at the front desk and Javier one of the managers are spectacular! I’m a business traveller and loved the service.Noteworthy details: Great for business travelers!

This was our second time at the hotel this month thanks to sports. The checking process was one of the best in memory. Swarnoop helped us and provided a world of information and offered upgrades and options abound. The room was clean, newly renovated and perfect for the night. The on-site food options were a pleasant surprise given the bakery and separate Starbucks Cafe. The whiskey bar should have a bit more separation or privacy as it feels like a pass through to the parking garage.Walkability: 10 minute walk to the circle center and access to all sorts of restaurants. Also walk through the overhead breezeway if it is raining or cold.

Cool location and nice staff but worst two nights of sleep of my life. The rooms are right above a loading dock across the street so all night I heard trucks beeping as they backed in... Over and over and over.... Everyone in my group had the same problem. Cool hotel but I can never be back because of this.

Hotel staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was supposed to close at 9:30 AM, however, when they saw that it was super busy and full every after closing, they still kept on bringing out food for us. Exceptional service.

Great location, excellent customer service from valet to front desk. Rooms were spacious and clean, lobby set up is perfect for a lot of different group sizes. We stayed for 4 days for volleyball competition at the convention center. It had great places for teams and families to hang out in the lobby so the floors are nice and quiet. We travel every two weeks from January through June and I don’t think I’ve had a better stay.

Booked 2 rooms in November for a March weekend. Confirmed the reservation at the hotel the day before, showed up to them telling us the hotel was overbooked and nothing they could do. The entire city was booked, that why we reserved in November. Had to sleep in our vehicle in the parking garage. Management is a joke!!

I booked a room four months in advance and arrived after an event I was attending. They told me that 'i was supposed to be called' and that they aren't honoring my room request despite having put down my money months in advance. I was left in the middle of downtown Indianapolis stranded with nowhere to stay at midnight. Despite their inadequate service all they had to say was 'they were sorry '

I don’t believe I’ve ever had to pay for wifi at Marriott however, this hotel charges about $20/day for guest wifi. Rooms do not have fridge or microwave but very annoying they are charging for wifi in a hotel in 2024.

Great staff but be cautious when you stay due to the size of events held there and the age. It was a zoo of loud and obnoxious high school students when I was there for business and couldn't get a decent night sleep even though I was at the end of the hall. 3-12-24Walkability: St. Elmos is close by.

I came to this hotel because of deca. The rooms are pretty but there is no fridge. Service is horrible. I had to call 3 separate times just to get another towel, and it didn’t come until a day after my initial call. I’ve been harassed countless numbers of times by different deca members, a school organization. The employees were not helpful by any means. The card readers weren’t taking my card bc I use cash app. Probably the worst couple days I’ve had in a bit. If you’re a student reading this, don’t join DECA. If you still want an international resume builder, join Key Club.
