After multiple back-and-forth emails and calls. When the job was done (a day after) the deadline they did do the job right . Customer service aspect I feel like they need some work. I felt like I was inconvenience to them of how I wanted my vehicle. Which was something very basic nothing extraordinary at all. Even though they did do the job right I will take my other vehicle someplace else with better customer service.

I am Surprised that others think they are
“Pricey”. As far as I’m concerned , they are the best price in town as I got several quotes. Kyle is the man and even offered to help me try to remove some superficial surface scratches I made as a result of my own ignorance. I’ll be back with more business

We went in knowing we had a small job, but Kyle took his time working with us to find the color of material that we wanted. It took some time since several supliers had discontinued the color we wanted. Once we settled on the material, it was ordered and we were scheduled in very quickly. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Indy Auto Graphics. We entered the business as potential customers and left as friends.

I’ll change if need be, but it’s been 48 hours and I literally just wanted a quote on how much something small would cost. I’m trying to open in like 6 weeks and your sales person, Ally’s, lack of urgency is definitely off putting.

Second truck I have had wrapped at Indy auto graphics. Deadpool then the Hulk… both experiences were outstanding with zero issues from start to finish. Can’t wait for a new truck next year to get done!!!
