DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Especially if you are buying online. If I could give them zero stars I would. I found a nice looking Volt online through their website. The pictures looked great, no issues. Ask about their policy if unhappy. They say 7 day, 700 miles to return. Ask the salesman to take some pictures of the car as well. Pictures come in looking like everything was still good.
Then the car gets delivered. The hood is absolutely trashed, the rear passenger side door looks like someone kept running a brillo pad over it, and the car just looks rough like the detailer messed up and scratched everything. I immediately send pictures of the car to the salesmen, who then checks with the manager. The manager's initial response: You bought it as is and the pictures do highlight the discoloration on the hood and roof.
Said I'd like to return it then and they said you cannot return it, only exchange it (look at their exchange policy, you're losing money on that too). Like I'd ever look to get another car from this dealership.
They then come back and agree to pay 300 bucks to repaint the hood, but only if I don't say anything negative about the dealership ever. Well, you can see I did not agree to that.
So now I'm here with a car that I do not want because it was not what was advertised and having to get a paintjob on it since it came like how you see it.
Take a look at the pictures for yourself and please shop elsewhere. You'll be much better off for it. I've attached the dealer photos with the ones I've taken so you can see it all.

financed a vehicle through the dealership!car started overheating less than 24 hours. cost me $700 in repairs then , i picked up and HAD THE SAME ISSUE. hoping they can give me some compensation for poor work and professionalism.

Went to gander and drove off in a new(used) car!!! Elijah was awesome. Very upfront about everything. Indy Auto Man offers 2 hour test drives bringing ease to the whole experience by allowing ample time to get a feel for the ride. I highly recommend them!
