I started working out with Kim in 2019, with a break during COVID, before resuming in early 2022. Since we began our program, I've lost more than 57 pounds and have gained much more confidence in myself and my body's abilities. Kim does an excellent job tailoring your program, paying close attention to your goals while pushing you to exceed them. She strikes a great motivational balance - she knows when to push and when to ease off based on your individual needs. It keeps me motivated to come back week after week.If you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or be all-around more agile and fit, Kim and Indy Core is the place to go!

I work out here once or twice a week. The trainer Kim is fantastic. She’s flexible with workouts, depending on what you’re feeling that day. She is very friendly and very talkative :) Equipment works great, and she sometimes brings her dog in to provide some entertainment and company for her clients :) Would recommend 100%, especially for those who aren’t too confident about working out on their own and would like someone to provide workouts, equipment, and critique.
