Brought my car in for moderate rear bumper damage. They got the car done a few days earlier than anticipated which is even more impressive considering repairs required two supplements from insurance which was all handheld by Indy Prestige. They also got all OEM parts which was a step above what the insurance company was originally willing to pay for.
Isai talked me through the damage and showed me every dent from before and after. I appreciated seeing those pictures because some of the damage was hidden under trim and I would have otherwise never known about it, but they were thorough and transparent about everything. It's always a good sign to see a mechanic willing to show off their work.
It's very apparent that they've had a lot of experience in auto body repairs because Isai answered every question I had before I had a chance to ask the question.
I had some equipment in the rear storage area which I forgot to take out prior to dropping it off, but it was neatly and carefully moved so that they could complete the repairs. It's a minor detail, but it shows they treated the car like they owned it.
The car came out better than before the accident because an interior cleaning and was included. There are no gaps between panels or color mismatches in the paint thanks to Isai sourcing OEM parts for me. The only reason I know the tailgate was replaced is because the hinges open more smoothly now.
I would recommend Indy Prestige to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

After a 17 year old hit my rear bumper my nightmare began , from dealing with insurance to actually finding a shop that i could trust with my car. Then i found these guys, i drove 40 minutes away without an appointment and when i showed Luis squeezed me in. From then i never worried about anything they even dealt with insurance once I left my car there. I went from hating to look at my car to falling back in love with it. I really appreciate the work that they put in my car looks new again.

I have taken my car to Luis 3 times now for car body repairs. Him and his team are the best out there! They are quick to respond to your needs and quick to complete the work. The prices are very affordable as well. Luis and his team are communicative throughout the entire process and put 100% energy into all of their clients. My mom was in an accident and had rear body damage. She is elderly and was pretty stressed. We came to Indy Prestige and they were respectful, patient, and professional. The process was seamless. There is also an Enterprise next to them to pick up and drop of the rental. Their auto body work is immaculate. Her Chevy looks brand new. I highly recommend this business. I'd give 10 stars if it was an option!

I had a window motor that was going bad and my driver side back door was having an issue with not wanting to close. My auto mechanic said I would need to take my car to a body shop to get repaired. I found this business through yelp. I took my car in to get an estimate. The owner Luis Uribe gave me an estimate on the window motor and I had him order the part. He told me it was on back order and would call me once the part came in. He followed through on his word. The most impressive thing about my experience here was the door issue I had. Luis said it just needed to be oiled and it would fix it. So he went into the garage and sprayed some WD40 into the door latch area and the problem was solved. He didn't charge me anything for it. He could have easily said I needed a part and charged labor and I wouldn't have known any difference. But he didn't and that to me is the greatest thing. Honesty and not taking advantage of people told me the Lord Jesus led me to a good business. I highly recommend this company for any body work you need on your automobile. You will not be disappointed and walk away seeing the great work they do and feeling like a valued customer.

They fixed my rear end on my car in a very timely manner and the people there are so nice! After having to deal with getting rear ended it was nice to work with nice people! They even cleaned my car inside and out for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful place to get your car repaired. Luis worked with me and the insurance company to repair my Dodge Durango after a collision.
He made sure we were taken care of.
And contacted the Insurance company and worked it out with them to get certain repairs approved. Luis and his team did an amazing job. They even detailed my interior.
He took his time to have a conversation with me and my husband about our concerns.They really did an amazing job. I recommend this place 💯 % They went above and beyond customer satisfaction.
