I had trouble removing a stuck oil filter. I'd already drained the oil, and damaged the filter, so I was unable to drive my car anywhere and really in a jam. Indy's Mobile Mechanic came over on a Saturday night and resolved my issue. He was friendly, courteous, explained what he was doing and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Will definitely call him again for any future auto repairs.

Warning!!! Scam!! This is not a real mechanic service they solely book people and take no accountability for if you actually get your service. We paid the 25 dollar deposit fee and where told that a mechanic would be sent out to our location within 30 minutes to help change a tire. After being stuck on the highway for two hours waiting we had a follow up call where they basically told us where not responsible for that and you cannot get a refund. On top of this The person on the phone "yelled multiple times There is nothing we can do for buddy" and hung up. This was surprising because all I asked was what other options do we have then.Service: Tires

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for, but Ronnie was amazing! My daughter was a college student in town, and had her rear brakes going bad, we fixed them 2 months ago when she was home and it was almost $400. When I went down to pick her up at graduation, she mentioned the front brakes were making a noise and I said we'd get it fixed at home. I went to get gas for her car before leaving, at 5:30 on a Friday night and she had metal on metal, no brake pad at all on one side and a small amount on her left. I had no idea how we'd get it fixed that late on a Friday night. Places closed at either 6 or 7pm. After calling and stopping by 4 different places in the area that were open til 7pm, I scrolled through the listings on my phone for "mechanic near me" and looked to see if anyone was open even later. About 20 spots down, I found the listing for "Indy's mobile mechanic". I called and Ronnie picked up right away. I told him what was wrong. He asked when I wanted it done and I sheepishly said "now?". He asked where I was and I told him and he said he was just a few minutes away. He said there was an Autozone nearby, so if I grabbed the pads, he could meet me in 10 minutes. I bought new pads for <$50, met Ronnie 10 minutes later in the parking lot of her building, and he only was going to charge me $60 to do it, so $110 vs the $400 it cost me 2 months earlier? And Ronnie was done in under 30 minutes. This was an amazing and cost effective service! I paid him extra because he was such a life saver late on a Friday night.I wish he was closer to where I lived. Amazing service! I would use him without hesitation.I will say when he answered the phone, he just said "Hello" instead of "Indy mobile mechanic" or similar so it threw me for a loop. I asked if it was the mechanic and he said "yeah, what do you need?", so his bedside manner wasn't the greatest on the phone, but in person he was great and everything else was amazing.Service: Brakes

I guess I had too much luggage in the trunk because it wouldn't open. It was almost midnight and I needed to get into trunk because my medicine was in there and I had a flight to catch in early morning before any shops were open. My dad and brother tried to open it after YouTube and google and couldnt get it opened or pull down the back seat. I even called a lock smith who couldnt open it so I text him and he came out. He tried everything and finally got the backseat down where he was able to pull some stuff out trunk and it was able to open the trunk. I had called so called 24 hr mechanic and they didnt answer or call back. He texted back let me know how long it would take to get to me and told me price. He never gave up and tried different things and finally got it open. So based on my experience it was great.

Alternator change. Was horrible. Got multiple different things tampered with on my vehicle that were fine before my car was worked on. First issue was quoted two different repair prices my sister and I both reached out on separate occasions before using the service, second my oil dip stick is broken also one arm of hood hydraulic doesn’t work anymore. and radiator is leaking…I was getting an ALTERNATOR CHANGE! make it make sense. Excuse was couldn’t get oil dipstick out so forced it and it broke and for radiator it had corrosion that “needed” to be removed all these extra things that was not asked to be done my car is not having new issues mind you this is an old car but seeing that one would think a mechanic would do only the service asked of and move on but all the extra things fishing for more cash caused 3 new issues! Just a weird place over all I would NOTTTTT recommend try another place yall forreal I’m sure sombody else’s mobile mechanic got some sense

I contacted Ronnie to fix my wheel bearing and he did both sides I paid him the 150$. I wentto go to work the next day and the car drove worse after he so called fix my car. I take it to an actual mechanic and he told me my caliber on the right side was not connected to the router and that it shredded my tire . I tried to call and text this guy and guess what , no answer and then I get a text saying call me when you want your sway bar fixed!!!!! Haha , what a joke .

Not even worth the try I called him the first time everything sounded legit then he said he don't come out unless he gets $20 so I didn't nothing of it cause that's what most mobile mechanics do long story short I called him and called until 8pm I was at the spot where he was suppose to meet he never showed up and he blocked me and my brother number

I don't know the guy's name but he charged me over $300 to change a fuel pump, which he did. But, he didn't hook up my gas gauge. So, while my vehicle does run I have no idea how much gas I have in the tank. I'm going to have to trade it in now because it's just not safe to drive when I have no idea how much gas I have.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I bought brand new break pads that this guy was supposed to install. Gave him the money plus extra flor a part he said he needed. Drove the car hoping to experience some relief after he said he completed the job, only to find it making horrible noises and grinding. I called and asked him to come back and check it out but he never did. I called from a different phone number so that he would answer, after I found out from a reputable brake shop that he had only changed one of the brake pads in the back and lied and stole the other on.e that I had purchased resulting in $450 damage to the rotor on the side he failed to replace. He tried to lie about it and say that he replaced the pad but it still had the factory name on it. Said he would cash app me the money back. I’m still waiting. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else everyone is struggling out here. Stole my brake pad which is theftService: Brakes

Don't pay him the $60 until the problem he claims you have is taken care of first. He said to let him know if that isn't the problem. I did and of course I never got a response after texting multiple times. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He finally managed to pull a couple codes and claimed I needed these two sensors to get my truck running. I replaced the sensors and they weren't the problem. I had a my truck towed to a real mechanic. They replaced my fuel pump. Now my truck is running fine.

Joey was extrememly professional! Work was quick, Joey accomplished the repairs right in my garage. I was having some issues with my fuel pump. After Joey ran a diagnostic, he discovered that I was sold a faulty fuel pump; which I am getting my money back for. Spent significantly less than I. would at a dealership. Time and money, well spent!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
