At first I thought this was a great pharmacy, the staff was very nice and there were no issues of any kind. Then after 5 months they told me they would no longer be filling prescriptions for my doctor...when I asked why I was told "He Knows". I'm assuming it is because I take a benzodiazapine and like all the other pharmacies out there they don't want to fill it. It's a sad day when a pharmacist doesn't want to work with your doctor over certain medications. Since when does a pharmacist know more than a doctor? My doctor has not only had his own practice for over 25 years, he also has a degree in pharmacology. The bold truth is that pharmacists today are afraid to fill any controlled prescription because of the junkies on the street over dosing. For those of us that see a doctor regularly, do everything legally and need the medication to bad, we are the ones that get to suffer while the junkies get catered to.

I have been waiting for meds for a few days after leaving the hospital. I get several delivery times but its a no show.i was told at 9 this morning they would be here by 3pm. it is now after 4 pm and still a no show.

I contacted Indy Scripts and the representative lied saying a technician left 10 mintues ago to review my mom's script. No one came. The blatant disregard and carelessness is despicable.Here are 3 different prescriptions placed in 1 bottle. After days of dosing from this bottle and feeling ill. My mother's caregiver dumped the bottle to find 3 different meds in 1 bottle. The representative was rude and accusatory after being called.

Are you tired of not only Big Pharma, but big box retailers whom have thousands of carbon copy pharmacies in all their locations. The endless lines, the endless phone calls where you just need a refill and end up on the phone for hours just to find out you area day early or even worse turned away without your insurance card.Indy Scripts is a refreshing change to the normal pharmacy hassel, and if you can't make it in to pick up your script...they specialize in FREE DELIVERY and if you are uninsured they will work tirelessly to find not only the best price, but many times find manufacturers rebates or even insurance for the uninsured. I made the switch years ago, and have actually met many very caring, nice employees who have YOUR best interest, not ownerships bottoming.Give them a try...I promise you will be a customer for life!!!

I switched to Indy Scripts because they have the Dispill pill pouches that help me know if I have forgotten to take my meds. Excellent service and they go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Much appreciated!!

My experience at Indy Scripts Pharmacy was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Everyone I spoke with, over the telephone and in person, was polite and more than accommodating. They all did their best to provide the prescription I needed at a reasonable price. They treated me like a person and not like a number. They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them by doing so. I don't remember ever receiving such superior customer service anywhere else.

I started using Indy Scrips a little before the“Pandemic” became….a “serious painintheass”and foolishly let myself be talked into switchingOver to my insurance companies mail in pharmacy! Well after only a few months I am switching back to Indy Scripts and hope it’s for good!
