Recently purchased a used 2021 Ford Transit 350 from Indy Trucks at a great price. Very down to earth folks, easy to talk to, and a very straightforward process. Plus Piper, the shop dog, ensured that everyone was well taken care of while they worked on the paperwork. I drove up from Louisville, KY to look at this vehicle and I drove away with it the same day. I'd certainly purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

Indy Trucks is amazing! They will go above and beyond to help you get the truck you're looking for! I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a personal or commercial truck. These guys are the real deal! They helped me buy the car of my dreams, a 2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71 (blacked out)! Huge thank you to RJ, Rob, BJ Stephanie and Michael!! You all rock! I'll send everyone I know your way! :)

Make sure if you're specifically interested in a vehicle here that you buy it without looking at it, or they will sell it out from under you. I did a 3hr drive from Evansville, IN to only turn back around and get told that it's "in service" that I would get a call once it's out. Nobody said someone else was in line looking at it, nor that I could buy it while it was in service. I never got a call back because it was sold sight unseen while in service to a "re-occurring customer". A real crappy way to do business in my opinion. You would think they would have called me before selling it first, but money talks, I guess. Can count on me never going back there, cause it definitely gives used lots a bad rep. Just letting y'all know that's the kind of business this is.

$25,000 in repairs in 12 months of owning a vehicle purchased through Indy Trucks. Also sold a scam policy via TruWarranty that covers absolutely nothing. Multiple denials for no apparent reason. Avoid at all cost.

I was quite happy with the salesman. But, if as the Owner you decide to put your Ferrari on the showroom floor, you don't subsequently represent it as being owned by a "special customer" in review responses.
It's your Ferrari. Your salesman told me how you let him borrow it for a special occasion. It sits on the showroom floor because your toy doesn't fit in your garage and you don't want to pay for a rental that'd allow such a toy. You bought it on impulse without regard for the subsequent cost of ownership. And, you lack adequate training to leverage the difference between it and a Vette.
We all see it plain as day. Didn't you know?

Drove an hour and a half to look at a truck. Called when 30 min out. Told salesman if the truck was what he told me it was was going to purchase. Got to dealer. Same salesman I had been talking to was on the phone selling truck to person 3 states away.Type of place that gives used car lots bad name.Specialize in utility trucks and have a Ferrari in the showroom. Good luck with these guys

We bought a used truck and negotiated a three-month warranty. The check engine light went on one hour after purchasing. I immediately called and was told that it's probably the gas cap. (it wasn't the gas cap). I asked them to take care of it and was told to drive the truck to his repair shop (a three-hour drive), where the mechanic can take a look at it. Because it's a 3-hour drive, I called the mechanic to set up an appointment, and to confirm that Indy Trucks would be responsible for the charges however, he told me that I'm responsible for the charges. I took it to our mechanic where we found out that it was a bad sensor. I called Indy Truck and was told that they don't warranty sensors. (Found out that it will cost $1100.00, asked Indy Truck for help and was denied). We will not be purchasing any future equipment from Indy Truck.Your cost will probably be $1300, and you'll tell me after the work is done! the sensor was defective when the truck was purchased, it should be taken care of BEFORE you sell it to your customers. It's unethical to clear the code, without repairing the problem.
