Took my "locked" hard drive here and they were able to retrieve my data quickly and at a fraction of the cost. I will be keeping them in mind for any future issues or purchases.

Brought in my laptop that stopped charging and they had it repaired in a few hours! Affordable price as well compared to the cost of replacing a laptop. Will definitely come back with any future laptop issues

Amazing place, great service, and affordable! Went in to get my laptop diagnosed because it wouldn’t charge. Bobby opened it up and looked at it with me with great detail and explanation. Fixed the issue in less than 24 hours! 1000% would recommend!

In less than 48 hours they diagnosed my laptop, repaired a component on the motherboard (rather than having to replace the entire motherboard!), and I had it back and working again. Price was very reasonable. If I need more computer repairs, I know where I will go.

We took our MacBook to Best Buy to get it factory reset. Best Buy completely wiped the computer and rendered it unusable, then refused to fix it because “there was no proof they screwed it up”. We then took it to Apple and they told us we had a bad logic board. To fix this would be at minimum $500 but could be up to $1000. I took it to Indy laptops to get a second opinion, and mark told me he didn’t think it was that, and that he would be happy to look at it. Turns out it just had a bad operating system. Mark put the newest operating system on the laptop and had it good as new for a quarter of the price Apple would have charged me. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!

This place is more than excellent and in this day and age that is rare. They fixed my laptop for very low cost. The service tech was very fast with diagnosis and repair, and she is very knowledgeable. Don't buy a new one before you check this place out for refurbished or you could waist money.

I brought my laptop in to be repaired. Job done right, both technicians I worked with were excellent, and were very knowledgeable. Both were professional, but could also "roll" with some of the humor I gave! I'll be back again...highly recommended.

So glad I stopped in! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to explain the diagnosis of my device and help me to get set up with a new device same day. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their laptop.

I called after noon on a Friday and was asked to bring in my laptop with a broken hinge. I did and they were very pleasant. I dropped it off and not even 2 hours later I got the call that it was fixed. They said they didn’t want me to be without it over the weekend and got it done quickly. The repair looks great and I am very happy with the professional, courteous service. Thank you very much!
