I decided to do a drop in class while I was in town for business and Yvonne was so welcoming and kind. If I was ever in need of a yoga home in Indy this studio would be at the top of my list

I have enjoyed every instructor I have had the privilege of practicing with. The level 2 classes are always a fun challenge. Everyone within the studio is very friendly as well.

Love the studio and the instructors are great. I don't get to come often and I appreciate when they run specials because it makes it very affordable.
