I had a great experience

They couldn't find my insurance because they had my birthday wrong. Plus who I saw didn't make sure that the ear drops could be generic so I never got them because not dealing with idiots. Which is exactly what IU Health and every so called medical professionals in Indianapolis Indiana are. I haven't been feeling well for a long time now and it just gets worse. But because of my experience with IU Health and also Adult and Child I refuse to see anyone here in Indianapolis Indiana for my health. Unfortunately I could only give this place a one star review. And it doesn't even deserve that at all.

The Doctors and Nurses are great but nobody seems to answer the phone anymore. For hours in line and nobody picks up. This is ridiculous. It is unfortunate that now I have to find a new primary care physician because I can not schedule an appointment. I am greatly disappointed by IU Health.

This location is surprisingly easy to get to even for me coming from Martinsville. I think it's easier than going to IU West, probably because of less traffic and not as many lights. Definitely way fewer semi trucks having not to cut through Plainfield's streets. The free parking lot is always sparsely populated here. I love the automatic revolving door and inside door at the main entrance. Completely hands free. There is no check in station here but plenty of signage posted with the current rules for safety. The doctor and PA I see are on the first floor. They are some of the best I see, if not the best, and I see 10 different specialists in the IU Health system. If you would like to know who, just ask, and I will share. Bottom line is I don't mind driving here as long as I-465 is clear of accidents because this office is located real near a main exit, 38th street, off 465. But it is also located right off I-65 as well making it pretty convenient for most people.

Bring back the old staff. It's just gloomy and low energy now.

Horrible place! I scheduled a new patient apt online with one of the doctors, and I even got a reminder that same morning to be there at 8:30am. Well, I got there 15 mins before and after waiting in line for about 20 mins to be check in, the staff tells me my apt has been cancelled. When I asked why, she replied the call center cancelled because they spoke to me which they NEVER did because I made all my scheduling online. After I left, I called the called the "call center" and spoke to a manager which said she would get back to me with an answer. She got back to me 2 days after saying they cancelled my apt because I said I had Covid19 symptoms (another lie), obviously covering for someone's mistake because they know perfectly I never cancelled my apt. Totally unacceptable because I basically called off work and arrange child care for nothing. This is totally unacceptable, they have to learn how to do their jobs right.

Dr. Carey is great! He's extremely helpful. It's very easy to get in & out of his office. Great staff as well.

Waited over an hour and a half after being checked in, only to be told that the doctor I was scheduled to see had left the building. The person at the desk claimed she thought I'd already been taken back to the doctor's office because she "couldn't see me" in the waiting room from behind her desk. Unbelievably unprofessional service for a healthcare facility.

My fiance has had his appointment get cancelled on two occasions. One was due to the doctor not being in or the doctor had a family emergency. His back has been hurting since we made the appointments and all we have gotten was "Your Appointment has been cancelled cause of the doctor not being in." Either they get their asses in gear or we are gonna find another ortho doctor who can see him for his back! GET YOUR ASSES TOGETHER AND DO YOUR DAMN JOB!
