There was people that came after me and they got to go before me which I was so confused on that.The lady told me not one person had got turn down for a advanced refund and I got denied for one not even 45 mins after leaving the store.Unsure why because I was getting a good amount of money back on taxes. She also would not let me claim head of house hold all because I didn't have my lease with me and I told her I could bring it back in or send her a email of it and she said she couldn't do it . I will never return to do my taxes at Jackson Hewitt again. This was my first and LAST time I'll be using that place.

Shamecia was the tax agent that helped us. We were little apprehensive going in because as you know taxes do scare people! LOL. She was very helpful and made us feel at ease and answered every question we had and then some. She explained everything and didn't rush us through. I hope next year we get Shamecia again.
