Disaster from the get go! Crystal was my tax prep, she barely wanted to speak to me so I don't recommend her. She only copied my info from last year into this year, idk what she did but IRS red flagged my account on hold for almost 2 months before I figured out what the problem was. Sherri told me she would call me if there were any delays and she didn't do that. She never reached out to me and ignored my emails. Discrimination here!
