Tried to exchange my jewelry received for my birthday. The gentleman did not have a clue how to do it. Did not want to help us at all. Sorry for bothering you and probably you did not see us as rich people to offer a good customer service. I’ll definitely not come back to this store ever.

Was sold a necklace that broke immediately. I took the necklace back to the store and was told it couldn't be fixed and they would order a replacement and call me in a few days. After a few weeks of not hearing from them I called them back and they told me to return the necklace, but then in the store I was told it was too late for a return and no one ever made a note in my account that we spoke previously. Awful customer service, awful product. Will never be back and would advise others to avoid.

No service...My husband went into this location when he got off work to buy a valentines gift for tomorrow. He was there for 10 minutes and No one ever asked to help assist him in seeing anything behind the cases. He was dressed in his construction work clothes. A man walks in behind him with a nice suit on and gets helped immediately . So Shane co. Got our business tonight.

Best customer service! Buying any jewelry, spending a significant amount of money or making an investment on your future when you buy an engagement ring can be intimidating. Not here! They make the process easy and fun. Thomas Gudat at Keystone at the Crossing location is amazing. Thank you for making this process easy and fun for my significant other… now my fiancé!

Had one of the worst experiences with this location when it comes to the process of resizing a ring.My wife bought my wedding band and bought the warranty to get it resized. When her and I went up there, they stated since it was an online purchase (granted, she bought the ring in the store and they are the ones who ordered it online) that she would need to return the ring and order a new one in my size.So they proceeded to refund her and then charge her card again. They resized my finger and ordered another.A week and a half later went by and she gets a text at 10am starting the ring is ready for pick up. At 530pm they called her and threaten to send the ring back if she didn't come by today to pick it up. She told them we can tomorrow.I go on my lunch break to pick it up and when I received the ring, it was the same size as the previous one.So they had to refund her again and charge her again for a new ring. Now this is the third time she's been charged. I'm not even mentioning that the ring went up in price and so she had to pay the difference.About a week later and she received a text stating the ring was ready for pick up. We both go there already disappointed in the service and process of how things went.We go in the store and we try to pick up the ring. The assistant manager states that the ring wasn't in yet. We show him the text and he says that it was being shipped and to not listen to that text. We argued for a bit about how that makes no sense and he was very adamant that he was right and that we need to come back in a couple days.My wife messaged corporate and they stated the ring was there all along.The main store called the next day and at that point we wanted a refund and to never do business with them again.Horrible customer service and horrible process. I highly recommend you shop somewhere else because this experience could happen to you.

I just wanted to share with others. I purchased my Queen 5th year anniversary ring at Jared located at 8520 Keystone Crossing Indianapolis In 46240.After my purchased I experience unfair and poor customers service. I reported this incident and CHANGES was made.Afterwards new manager Russell arrived and the experience along with Lisa and Andrea has only been professional and positive vibes.Needless to say I will continue to purchase and invite others to experience great service and good quality of diamonds.Thanks

Thomas and Andrea are the most helpful sales people at the 86th St Jared location in Indy Keystone Ave. They custom made my diamond ring and I always receive compliments on it. Go see them or any of the staff there and you'll receive a great experience. Mike is always just as helpful and the manager, Russell, is always smiling and willing to get things done. They are very knowledgeable and have a wealth of experience.
