They used to be a great company, but their labor warranty has been very poor. I am a shop that got stuck warranting an engine for them and we have been waiting over 6 weeks to get paid. What a joke! They have lost a 20+ year customer.

Phenomenal service. I was never aware that a transmission could be dyno tested before being sold. This service is what sold us on a rebuilt transmission. I normally have a close family member help with rebuilding, however it would of took an extra week to do so. This company had one on the shelf ready to shop/pickup. It made more sense economically to be able to keep towing and not have an extra week down time…. so we sent a driver down to pick it up, and had it installed the next day. WOW shifts perfect. I can actually get up and go, and it makes towing cars much more efficient. Thank you all and thank especially Karla.

Bought a “brand new” 6.4. Has two hours of run time. 1/10th of a mile on the motor and it’s blown up. On top of the last 2 6.4 heads and a duramax head we bought were both junk out of the box. They don’t stand behind their warranty and don’t/won’t pay labor claims. 100% a joke.Service: Engine repair

My mechanic ordered the transmission and received it in a timely manner. The cost of a new one was only a few hundred dollars more than rebuilding the old one. Well worth buying new verses rebuilding.

I called and spoke with a representative about an estimate about a 3.5L V6 engine and NEVER received an email pertaining to the conversation! Yikes! Guess what? I kept it moving and ended up getting an engine with Grade A Automotive. It purrsss. . .

My 2005 Ford F250 had a new remanufactured 6.0 liter diesel engine from Jasper installed by my local Jasper authorized shop in August of 2018. Two months after the two year warranty expired my #7 injector shorted out and also fried my fuel injection control module which cost several hundred dollars to replace. This engine has less than 3000 miles on it, you read correctly , less than 3000 miles on it and Jasper would not pay the repair cost for the failure or pay the cost of the collateral damage caused by the faulty injector that destroyed my ficm. The repair shop placeda new ficm on this truck before they dug deeper and found the injector was frying each one. Autozone, the ficm supplier is providing me a free ficm replacement even though the Jasper reman injector fried their part. Autozone has my business, they are a reputable business. I can't say the same for Jasper, they are pathetic, less than 3000 miles and they do nothing. Very bad customer support, I will never use them again and I hope all that read this will heed my advice, steer clear of them, very disappointed. They must not have confidence in their own product to not honor a 13,000.00 dollar engine , with less than 3000 miles on it since replacement and I have meticulously maintained this truck. It was not abused in any way yet failed. The repair shop has since replaced the faulty Jasper injector with a new motorcraft injector that corrected the issue, along with a second ficm supplied by Autozone that they did warrant. As of today Jasper has done nothing and has not contacted the shop as I requested they do.
