Store is nicely laid out, but they clearly are cutting back on staff, so don't expect a lot of attention. Went there ten days before Christmas and was able to find parking quite close to the main entrance.

The associates were all friendly and helpful, and I’m a fan of the new brands and products they’ve been adding lately. Some areas have been updated and look great, but most have not. The rest of the store however is just not in a great state. Multiple lights are out, it feels dated, and the store is run down. The obvious walling off of sections is sad to see. A renovation would go a long way for this store.

Easy to access this location with plenty of entrances to both the parking lots and the mall itself. Every employee I interacted with was friendly. I took a star off because this location needs more checkout areas. The entire 2nd floor didn't have a register open. During regular times this is probably enough, but during Christmas shopping season the lines to check out downstairs were really long. Overall though, I really like this location.

Found what I wanted right away but there was only 1 checkout station open upstairs and the line was long and slow. <sigh> Tis the most wonderful time of the year!

Ordered a blanket, paid with my $40 jcpenney gift card and bank card. I called customer service a few minutes after placing the order to change my shipping preference. I accidentally put “ship to home for $8.95,”but wanted to change it to “pick up at store”. Customer service cancelled the order(her idea) and tried to reorder it. It wouldn’t go through because it was ordered with a gift card. She said it would be 24 hours for my money to go back on my gift card. That didn’t happen. I called again 2 days later. I was told they would send me a check by mail, that didn’t happen either. The 3rd time I called customer service the young man was extremely rude, using the Lords name in vain, cursing at me and being very unprofessional and rude toward me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I never got a supervisor, but he transferred me to the furniture dept…? The lady there was very apologetic and nice but, she also told me there was a 4-5 day wait for my money to be put back on my card. This is day 6, no money has been returned. I’m so shocked at the actions of JCPenny. It upsets me more that they have taken my gift card money and just totally ignored my requests for a refund. It was a simple request with putting money back on a gift card or changing an order status. I would have thought that a store that sells gift cards would have a regular plan of refunding that money!! Be wary of this company! I’m out a $40 gift card from my son!

Some organized but its the people who made mess all the time and i am witness. Lady was looking for tops for her daught in children clothes section throwing stuff like she is really angry.Good job done by employees

The Big & Tall Section used to be so nice and complete. It's been going downhill and yesterday, it was in total disarray with very light inventory and sections empty or converted to store clearance. Even the home section was very sparse with sections just piled with odds and ends. Very disappointing! As they get ready for the holiday season, I hope they will restock and reorganize everything back into a beautiful store in order to have a chance to see more years in the future.

Id say the best place about JCPenney would be the portraits. The manager runs the place greatly even on the holliday's when she has no workers she stays strong and handles the situation like a professional I would greatly recommend this place for Holiday photos and photos in general.
