? The inner child in me loves jewelry. On a recent visit with family in Indiana I sought out local jewelers for a fresh perspective on what’s new. With all the amazing reviews I was drawn to The Jewelry Lady boutique. What an amazingly warm welcome I received from Joann Carter, a beautiful and bright woman who was willing to share all of her wares along with amazing stories of custom jewelry over the years. We had over an hour by ourselves to have fun and explore. All the options were tempting and priced well. I walked away with three beautiful stacked diamond bracelets that will be a treasured addition for years to come. No longer will I be seeking what’s new else ware but with Joann and team. Superior customer service and value. Highly recommend Joann and her team. ?

We needed a Confirmation present for our son on short notice. Ashley is always so responsive and goes the extra mile. She sent me photos of different gold crosses for the rope chain she previously helped our son choose for his 16th birthday. I love the personal touch of working with The Jewelry Lady team. Ashley found us find the perfect cross and we received it on time. Our son proudly wears it on his chain and keeps it on now during college football practice. She considered durability and always matches his jewelry to his active lifestyle. You don’t get service like this anymore. Ashley and Joan treat you like family. Even for the smallest gift, they will treat you like a V.I.P. I’ll be building my wish list—the next purchase will be an empty nester gift to myself!

I love love love this store! Joan is incredible and one of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met and the rest of the employees are just as nice! I knew I wanted something unique for my engagement ring but wasn't quite sure exactly what that was. I went to numerous jewelry stores. The Jewelry Lady was the first store I went to and I had an amazing experience but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Joan told me to go to other stores and try on rings to figure out exactly what I wanted. At most of the other jewelry stores, I felt pressured into settling or to spend a lot more money. I was so happy to come back to Joan once I figured out what I wanted and she was amazing to work with! My ring is being made right now and I cannot wait to see it! Since then I have also brought other jewelry to Joan and her staff and helped my dad to pick out a gift for my mom! I am so very impressed every time and love going into the store to chat with everyone. They have a customer for life!
