The worst company ever! Every time I visit, they fail to determine the correct oil grade for my car. They consistently overfill it beyond the required amount, which has severely impacted the engine's performance

I came in on 2/28 to get an oil change. It took about a good 10 mins for the process. Friendly invironment. Was very pleased with the service. They checked everything that was supposed to be check. I will come again.

They didn’t communicate much and I don’t know if you guys stopped cleaning the windows like you use to but other than that they got the job done in a very timely manner and got me out of there. So I don’t really have too much to complain about

I got a new car so I took it in for an oil change. As always, the guys were quick and efficient.

The techs were nice, a couple of them seemed like they were not very knowledgeable. They had to go to Auto Zone to get my oil filter.
One guy took the cover off of my air filter, which I did have them replace. They had a difficult time getting the cover back on.
The next day my check engine light came on, which scared me! I looked under the hood and found that the Mass Air Flow Sensor was not connected! This could have caused some major problems!
I went to a different Jiffy Lube and had them read, verify and reset the code.
Also, the window sticker they put in my vehicle said my next oil change was due at 191,xxx miles, my vehicle was at 57,xxx miles at the time of my oil service!
I will not return to this place!
