I have had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube several times and have always had great service. This past time, service was average. There was a lack of cohesiveness among the team. They did not work well together. I also heard the manager threaten to have an employee "clock out because he was tired of his mouth." This is a conversation held in private with the employee not in front of the customers. While my oil did get changed and other fluids topped off, the atmosphere made me uncomfortable.

Wow, this is not the normal location I go to but there must be different management. First off the people who assisted me were rude upon arrival. Then without asking first they put a different oil in the car then asked for. When I asked why they didn’t ask me first I was lectured and not apologized to. They didn’t understand that no, I didn’t want synthetic oil products and they didn’t ask first. They also didn’t fill the wiper fluid or check the tires. It was probably the worst Jiffy experience and I would not recommend this location again.

The service was okay but is it too much to ask for that they don't dribble oil all over the fenders of my Jeep? Sloppy and annoying to me

Very helpful, Tina had me go to the 86th location. Tina didn’t have an air filter.
Daniel at the 86th location put the filter on.
Daniel also was able to repair the housing cover. If I didn’t live downtown I would go to Daniel’s location..

My oil change was completed efficiently. Even with the group on coupon it was still a little more expensive than Firestone, Belle, etc. But you’re not wasting time in their waiting room either. I never got of my car, and I was on my way home within 20 minutes

Wouldn’t recommend, uncertain about oil changes , rude customer service , unprofessional & unpleasant staff. I also got hung up on 😭 just take your money else where

We went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and the service was incredible. Everyone was super friendly and they got us in and out so quickly! We don’t live over by this Jiffy Lube but we will make the drive to this one because of their wonderful customer service!
