I was hardly spoken to despite staying in my car.
It cost me 134.00. Oil change alone. I mentioned I wanted synthetic…I guess I got the full synthetic vs hybrid, I was never asked nor confirmed. No signs for pricing anywhere accessible to me from my vehicle. My lights, brakes, wipers…never checked….I was sitting right there.
I was taken advantage of at the highest dollar amount with the lowest service rate.
I will not return to Jiffy.

The Jiffy Lube employees have very good customer service. However, I experienced two issues: (1) a customer arriving after me was serviced before me, (2) they put too much oil in my car’s engine, which is as bad as too little. I now have to take unplanned time to return and address the oil issue.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten. The man "helping" me, Ignatius, was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Got irritated when I asked any questions and wasnt helpful at all. I will NEVER be back!!

Ran into an issue with my tire leaking from the stem. They were honest and told me to just replace the stem. It was also fast as I was in and out in under an hour. Not a huge deal but one issue was tire was not refilled to correct amount and had to fill tire afterwards.

They were busy told me wait would be 45 minutes to an hour and was done by 40 minutes. Very kind employees. They said they have free wifi but couldn’t figure out how to use it.

Tire guy was late, I chose to stay and wait. According to gentleman there he may show up late or not at all, very unprofessional for people needing this service. And the location had ordered tires for me.

I was able to get in and out promptly and quickly. The shop cleanliness was an issue - very dirty air vents. I was disappointed to have grease on my steering wheel after my oil change.

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube for years & have been well satisfied with their work. My last visit for an oil change, tire rotation & new air filter came to a little under $200 which I thought excessive.

Came for a brake fluid drain and swap and had to wait about an hour until i was told the break machine wasn’t working. I was then asked to wait an additional 45 minutes so more brake fluid could arrive and they could perform it manually. No sense of transparency or communication on their part, wasted almost two hours of my time.

I was very disappointed in my service. I had just purchased a new vehicle (gently used) so although I’ve used jiffy before I asked about the cost of the oil change on this particular vehicle. I was told to wait 10 minutes and when the service person returned he proceeded to tell me my oil change was $160. I then said I wasn’t prepared for this as I’ve never had such an extreme cost. He said…we’ve already drained the oil…so at this point I had no recourse but to do the oil change. I was extremely upset. If I hadn’t asked in the first place I might be a little more understanding. I hope this helps someone else from being deceived.

I haven’t been to Jiffy Lube in years as my husband has been doing our oil changes. But he was out of town and my car needed an oil change. When dropped off my car to walk to a local business for an appt. When I returned to pick up my car the gentleman that checked me out told me I had low coolant and low brake fluid. I knew I could do my own coolant at home but I asked about brake fluid and he was adamant that I needed to have my brakes serviced and I should not fill the brake fluid myself. So I paid for the oil change and immediately texted my husband for advice. He, who works on our cars regularly, advised there was no reason I couldn’t add my own brake fluid. So I stopped at an Auto Zone on the way home and purchased the correct fluid as well as anti freeze.
When I got home I proceeded to fill both. I was down about 1 cup of anti freeze but it was the brake fluid issue that was alarming. It was at the max line. I was not low on brake fluid at all. I’m not sure if the tech who did my oil change was new or they were trying to sell me a brake service I didn’t need. But I in no way needed to buy that brake fluid and did not need to have my brake serviced. I will not go back there as I will never trust the information given to me.
