If you don’t mind a scratch or small defect you can get a new appliance for less than half the price of a new one. I personally have a fridge from here and a water heater.
When emergencies hit. I did t have to go in debt to get us back to comfort. You can’t even tell the minor damage they had.
Also have 2 toilets from here. You have to find them but they are worth it.

We have spent so much money with this company. However, my last experience is the one for me to tell you. DO NOT BUY WATER HEATERS from Jimenez Mr. Discount. They sold me one for $300.00 no visible damage, when we were ready to install it, there was a big leak, what seemed to be the problem? the metal case was damage. They tell you the manufacture can cover the warranty up to one year, but guess what? all the information the manufacture needs was scratch off, so no serial number is not readable. I called Jimenez and pretty much they gave me a ridiculous excuse no exchange was offered. In other words, you buy trash from this company they don't take accountability they throw all responsibility to the consumer.

This place is a complete joke !!Karla is very rude and very unprofessional.I purchased flooring and when we were installing it we noticed it is defective . I call the store and got Karla she says no refunds and proceeds to tell me that my husband isn’t installing it correctly. He does this for a living I am pretty sure he knows how to install it correctly.She refuses to let me speak to someone higher up and asid she isn’t the owner but the owner doesn’t deal with customers.I told her I will be filling a case with BBB and she said you can it just a bunch of paperwork. So which makes me thank she deals with this alot .The owner doesn’t deal needs to know how unprofessional she really is . I would not waste my money or time there .Now i am out almost $700 and still need to get a floor that isn’t defective at lowes . Save yourselves a headache and money and go to a big box store that at least responds if there is a issue.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company, i purchased a grill to be delivered to my home while i was away for business. It only heats to 225 degrees. I paid for the grill and delivery. Now this company wants can't repair it, can't give me a direct replacement, and wants to charge a delivery fee to take it back to return it. The multiple delivery fees they are asking for is half of what the grill costs in the first place. I'm buying half of a grill to literally have no product. That's the only solution. The employees can't offer anything else. They say a man named Narmando is the only person to make these decisions. But Narmando won't take any calls from customers. It seems pretty silly to risk a customer who spends tens of thousands on building materials for screwing them over on a delivery fee, but principles matter to me. Should have just made it right instead of losing future revenue.

I love this place, even though it is slightly disorganised. It’s like coming in for a treasure hunt you have to know what you’re looking for and when you find it, it’s amazing. I bought my new bathroom vanity and cabinet here. I paid less than $1000 for a 48 inch vanity and a 5 foot cabinet.
I couldn’t pick it up that day so I came a week later. They require you to bring a receipt or a picture of it to show that you have paid for it when you go to pick it up. I recommend that you call before you go if possible so that you can make sure the vanity is out of their warehouse and ready for pick up when you get there. They put your name on the vanity with tape Forewarning — some people are trifling and they will take off labelling on the sold item so they can buy it instead. It’s based on the honor system. Luckily nobody had tried to buy my vanity.
My friend found a couple of cabinets that he wanted for less than $400
They were really nice there and helped me load it into the truck.

We bought one faucet and garbage disposal for sink , they compared their stuff with home depot when we were buying and we thought they’re giving good deal for that stuff, but when be open them at home both had missing parts ;( that’s wasting of money and time at this store, really bad experience
