Closed 15 minutes early and employees refused to let us in despite the signage clearly denoting that they clearly close at 9PM. Do better!

When arrived to store there was a line of 3 people already waiting with no cashier. i assumed they were just getting an online order or something. I got my stuff and the line has grown still no cashier. I asked everyone in front of me what was going on and they got frustrated and left. I called the store and CHASSIDY answered and I asked if someone can come help us at the front and she rudely said " you didnt walk past the sensor" I said theres 5 people in front of me and the censor isnt my problem. CHASSIDY came to the front and rudely checked us out and didnt say sorry or thank you. With what she did 2 ladies with full carts walked out.

Very messy and unorganized! Tables and products were stuffed into corners. Dust clumps on the floor, shelves, and fabric.

I had a horrible experience at this location. My husband and I walked in, wasn’t acknowledged at all, couldn’t understand why, because the store had hardly any customers, however, by looking around, we came to conclusion why. We asked for assistance, couldn’t get any, went to the registers asked the cashier if there was anyone available to help, she said”oh no, sorry, I can’t leave my register.” Finally I got a person that was standing around to help, her demeanor was rude and uncaring, she cut the fabric for us, without saying a word. We should’ve taken our business elsewhere, we really needed the fabric so we purchased some. However moving forward, I will never ever go into this place again. Not even at a different location.

Curbside order called the store 6x before response plus checked in on the app. Finally on 7th call someone answered. Over 15 minutes

I've been shopping at JOANN fabrics for many years. They never disappoint! There's a large selection of fabrics, notions, patterns, and all kinds of craft supplies.

We went on Saturday morning and stopped in to look around and eventually decided to get some fabric. First issue I encountered was that the fabric wasn't actually priced, although it was being advertised that it was marked down. I decided to take the fabric to the counter to be cut anyways. The older black lady who was working the fabric counter on the left side was quite rude and refused to initially make eye-contact with my boyfriend as he patiently waited to be called on next by her. As we were getting our fabric cut, she -loud enough- complains to her coworker to her right about how busy the store is.
Yes, that's right.
She had the gall to complain about how busy the store was - on the weekend.
Now, this lady must've been at least twice my age. Surely, she'd know by now that weekends in retail are guaranteed to be busy, and that being busy while working is actually a blessing since it makes time go by faster for an employee. But it was just so off-putting and uninviting to hear her complain about having to DO HER JOB. You are a grown woman, please use your adult words and knowledge and look me in the eyes and tell me you don't want to assist me. Don't be snarky and indirect as if you're in junior high.
What an attitude to have as a retail employee; don't take your microaggressions out on the customer because you're not living the life you want. Do better and go into a profession where you get paid to do nothing all day, since you seem to dislike the idea of actually having to do work.

I don't really go in this location anymore cause of how I get treated when I was coming in often. I was made to feel like I shouldn't be in their location to shop, they aren't that helpful to certain people. The cashier when I came in didn't greet anyone and she seem upset that she had 3 people in line and had to answer my questions as well. I just decided to stop coming in.

Disappointed to arrive an hour before the online posted closing time only to find the doors locked. Lots of people in the same boat. Please update online hours if you are closing early.

First time in this store and it was disgusting. Dirt, dust balls everywhere. Looks like the floors have not been swept or mopped in months.

One customer at the only cashier, and two between her and myself. It took an act of congress to get her out of the way. You'd think that two weeks before Christmas there would be more than the three employees (counting the cashier) I saw while there. I drove home and was in my house in less time than it took me to finally make my purchase.
