I am beyond disappointed with key bank and their level of professionalism. My husband has had a recurrent problem withdrawing money due to fraud on key banks end, and almost 2 months into this fraud case, he is still having issues getting his weekly paycheck. But the real topper is that yesterday I went into the branch to put money into my checking. This morning I wake up and 1,000 dollars is MISSING out of my savings account and it says it was withdrawn yesterday when all I did was add funds to a different account. This is beyond unprofessional and completely inexcusable. The tellers that handle money need to be retrained and looked into because I have never EVER had these kinds of issues with a bank before. If you want your money to be protected and safe, do not bank with key.

Bunch of arrogant KeyBank employees. The new staff here who are all females are very rude and unprofessional. And if they don’t know anything how things are usually done here, they straight up lie on your face that the bank policies have changed. Then they proceeded to kick me out of the bank without any further follow up for the day or any apologies, and asked me to go to the ATM outside. I’ve been a KeyBank customer for years and have visited this branch often. But today, June 24 2023, had a very disgusting experience. Wish the gentleman (my usual banker/teller who I always interact with) was still there today.

Horrible customer service. This banks most lucrative account is Hoosier Lottery, yet they require winners to wait 2.5 hours before cashing their check. It went up 30 mins, used to be 2 hours. There is no logical reason for that.

Used an Atm at the Kroger on Rockville Rd. It kept $60 of my withdrawal and after a good half hour on the phone with them, they disconnected me. Called them and was basically told that I was screwed out of my money.

I have to say . I have been with KeyBank for 10 years now, and every day they just get a little worse. They have closed most of there locations, and very limited ATM’s . I really am going to have to go to another bank that has more branches and better service. That’s just said , because they used to be a really good bank…… But KeyBank , you have to keep up with your customers. Or you lose them , that’s just the way it goes I guess..

Having a hard time understanding of why things take so long to clear with Keybank. I’ve been banking with Key for 10+ years. One day I have an available balance, then suddenly I’m hit with 9 overdrafts with cash still available. I’m taking my little pennies elsewhere.

I am very satisfied with the service at KeyBank at 9th and Meridian, the bank tellers there are very kind and helpful I have never had any problems with that bank.

Best bank in town! They're always kind and helpful. I had to add to my review. I removed one star because Jim, who says he's the lead teller always gives me issues. It's still the best bank in town, however, on my visit today, Jim tells me THEY won't be able to order anymore quarters for me since I only have a checking account. Last week when I requested quarters be ordered for me, there was no problem. So, Keybank Corporate, am I going to have to close my account or will you tell Jim he's wrong and to stop refusing my request?

worst the worst customer service I have ever had please don't get unemployment card I've had fraudulent charges on my card it seems I can't get help with it wake up and see everything drained off your card I spent 7 hours on the phone and I have screenshots I was on hold two different times for a hour and a half waiting to speak to the dispute department I said oh my I D like I was told now I was told you I need something else I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get another card

They closed all these branches so now I have to drive from 30mins away. I have to close my account. I shudder to have to need to do bank stuff in person. The drive thru atm several times has crunched up my money and only spit part of it back out when making a deposit, then gives me a message suggesting it's done. I wait 5 mins and it opens up and spits out the rest. I am always putting in 100s, so...
