Employees lack urgency in and understanding of efficiency. Waited about an hour for a 9 minute waiting i was told at time of placing the order, unattended dirty tables.Never coming back.

I placed a mobile order instead of going through drive thru when placing a large order and did not receive my entire order as well as multiple items with modifications being made incorrectly. I called to ask about a refund. I was told I needed to come back in store to get my items. I'm not going back out tonight. I dont see kfc paying for my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle, so this is an absurd demand to make when I didn't make the mistake. I requested a refund and was refused even though they failed to provide the items I had paid for. The gm refused any contact information for anyone above her including corporate due to her being on vacation. I wanted to make it easier on a clearly understaffed location and just get corporates number to request my refund since the General Manager was no help. I've been a franchised general manager before and refusing a refund when purchased items are not fulfilled is unacceptable and would had gotten me written up for poor customer service as well as a re-coaching session on how to handle a dissatisfied customer. This is theft due to lazy management and penny penching ownership at its finest. Thankfully, corporate refunded me for the missing items as well as the items made incorrectly.Kid-friendliness: Has 1 option for kid menu from what I saw on board instoreWheelchair accessibility: 1 ramp near front door, with 2 handicap parking spots.

I counted 4 staff there. 4 people in the lobby waiting for food. I ordered a simple order and it took 25 minutes. There were zero cars in drive thru and nothing but lack of urgency going on. Food was all fresh and good but holy cow. Why so long?!?

I ordered the classic chicken wrap and the honey bbq chicken wrap. Both wraps were drenched, I mean soaked in mayo. I immediately went back for a refund. The cashier asked why and I told her the wraps tasted nasty. The cashier then told me her manager stated I can not get a refund because I don't like the taste of the food. WTH...I then asked could they remake the food without the mayo. The manager agreed to that I won't be back.

I have made three visits to this KFC store since it opened. Every time I have visited they are out of chicken and there is a 10 - 25 minute wait. I will never visit this KFC location again and I predict this location won't last long.

There was a handwritten sign on the drive thru saying "inside orders only" { I should've left}When ordering inside, they stated, "we don't have biscuits or dark meat. " Again, I should've left.I ordered an 8 piece tender. It was $18 after taxes.I went to eat the tenders, which I was splitting with my wife; they were undercooked.I can't see myself coming back to this business to spend hard-earned money on a terrible experience.
