This company has potential to become one stop shop for high End cheap/affordable stuff. But I didn’t like their Store setup. It look like a dump yard. No sections, stuff lying here and there all around over the floor.

Have always liked Kirklands but have made several purchases recently and just had to come comment about the great employees they have at this particular store. Everyone has been so helpful and pleasant; really going the extra mile. I will be giving this store my business in the future just because of their helpfulness and treatment of their customers!

Clean and I loved the displays. I just didnt see anything I liked. The employees made sure they spoke to you and you were helped if you needed it.

This review is based solely on Kirkland's candles. Last weekend I purchased a Kirkland's candle in their "Apply & Pastry" holiday scent. I tried burning it for a good 2-3 hours and could not smell it at all. I even went out to our garage and came back in as an experiment to see if I had gone "nose blind". Still nothing. Today I called the store to see if I could return the candle and was told their candles cannot be returned if they've been lit. So it's 5 stars for the employee being nice to me during our phone call but 1 star for the candle quality itself and Kirkland's policy of not standing behind their candles with a money-back guarantee.
